  • Easy "Feast for a Queen" Achievement

The Queen Leviathan is in a long cave off the northwest corner of Skeleton Reef a skeleton will point the way. You'll have to pull down a statue using the magma bombs as holdfasts to get to the end of the cave. You need to feed her three things that look like thistle blossoms. A yellow one is nearby just below her. The other two, pink and blue ones, are on the other side of the statue. It's a little tricky to pull down the statue, then switch the claw to grab the blossom and stream back past the statue before it comes back up and blocks the way again. Remember to swim towards the beast and release the claw to launch the food into her mouth. If you feed her the wrong things she will spit them out. When you feed her the right things her eyes will twinkle.

  • Easy "Gearhead" Achievement

To purchase all of the upgrades, you will need to collect the treasures that are laying around the ocean with your sub. Also when you kill enemies you get a few coins towards your currency as well. You probably won't be able to buy all upgrades before you beat the game, so I recommend to collect treasures, instead of killing enemies and picking up their coins.

Some tips to get treasures: sometimes there will be tresures inside the walls, so use your map to know where they are, as well as your sonar toget to them. When the chest is covered in plants you need to find a ligh ball and some little fish and take then to the tresure, so they can eat those plants and you will be able to open it. When you see a chained chest you need to blow it up with a bomb. And lastly when the chest is half burried on the ground you need to use your Ice Missile, chest will float and you will be able to open it.

  • Easy "Merryn and Goliath" Achievement

You don't have to have Merryn fighting the crab from the get-go. Use the sub to bait the crab and, after it opens its claws, quickly circle around to its hindquarters. Then let Merryn out of the sub and have her hit its vulnerable spot with her knife. You can find two of these crabs in an open area with lots of room to maneuver in the northeastern part of Skeleton Reef, fairly close to a save-spot. Kill one of them with the sub, and then go for the achievement with the other.

  • Secret Achievements

Complete the following achievements to unlock Microsoft Gamerscore points.
