To go to the EX options screen, beat the game without continuing. Next, go to the title screen, highlight OPTION, then hold L + R and press START.

If you did it right you'll enter a new option screen which enables RGB, life bar type, and best of all, english/japanese language select. This will put all the text (endings, winning quotes) into english!  | Submitted by Bern
