ok, there are two places you can do this:1.In the home world,go to the placewhere you go to Lua Lua Island,but go under the water and there will be a section of the net lifted up,start charging and you will eventually go through,2.in Lua Lua Island,stay in the first area,go under the water,swim around and then charge up and out of the water and befor you hit the ground press triangle.it may take a few tryes,but trust me,its worth it=)  | Submitted by HeatherMartz
