When you get to the roof of the restaurant, go across the planks to enter the rundown building. When the guard appears, kill him. Pick up the sachet he leaves. You will get a Data Stick. Run over him and you will get some ammunition for your pistol. If you have full ammunition for the gun (60 bullets), fire one and run over to him again. You will get more ammunition. Whenever you do not have full ammunition, you can repeat this as many times as desired.
