When you play it's better to use D.K ,Link or Young Link, because when D.K pounds on the ground it's hard for the wireframes to get near you Link and Young Link do the spinny thingy. The last wireframe is not like the others he/she is like a normal character it does not get knocked out easily. |

You can do this cheat with Link, Bowser, Fox, Falco, Mewtwo, Pikachu, and Pichu. Choose Fourside as the stage, then choose Bowser to go against. Go to the right side of the building and set the computer players to 3. Get them near the wall, then go in front of the first one that is against the wall. Use your combos (repeatedly press A, but if you're doing it with Bowser, hold B). You should get really high combos. |

Another 15 minute melee strategy
Ok, if you just want to beat the 15 min melee and you don't care how, use DK. Position yourself under the the right or left lower platforms and face the center of the board. Hold down on the control and press B repeatedly for the duration of the challenge. DK will pound the ground continually and the wireframes won't stand a chance. Now, as the enemies blast off the screen, DK is pushed in either direction, so repositioning occasionally is important in avoiding being pushed off the board.
15 minutes of this was rather tedious, but I was able to beat this melee on my first try using this method. I suffered less than 150% damage and took out over 700 wire-frames. |

Many people have trouble hitting the sandbag over 1,500 meters. Yoshi is the best character to use for this contest. Jump above the sandbag and then press down A to dish out damage. Do this about four or five times and then swing the bat. The sandbag will go extremely far. If your an expert at this, you can probably get the sandbag to 140% damage. I got over 2,000 meters with Yoshi which is quite hard to do. You will also get the paper mario trophy and Yoshi's Island. |

Submitted by WilKramerWhile viewing the Daisy trophy, some clever camera changes will get you "between" Daisy's hair and the back of her head, revealing another eye behind her right ear! Finding it can be a bit tricky on your own; the following directions will get you a good view of the eye using the least amount of motions.
Move the C-Stick left or right to rotate the trophy so that you're looking at the back of it.
Hold the Y button to zoom in as close as you can.
Using Down on the Directional Pad, move the camera up until you see the bottom of Daisy's crown.
From there, moving the C-Stick down will let you see through the hair, revealing the eye.
From that position, you can move the C-Stick around to get different angles of the eye.
Freaky! Since the third eye was removed in later versions of SSBM, it was definitely unintentional. |

It is quite hard but you need to know one thing, the male wireframes are aggressive and will attack you while the female ones are territorial. Simply deal with male wireframes until you are left with all female. They rarely attack you and if they do put up a weak shield. If they don't stop attacking KO them and wait for another female to spawn. |

Ness has been known to unleash powerful energy based special attacks. They are his "PK Thunder"(Up+B), "PK Flash"(B),"PK Fire"(Right or Left+B), and "PK Shield"(Down+B). All are useful- but PK Thunder is special. You can use it to boost yourself being hit at an angle, or use it to shock enemies. But, there's a little known fact: you can have a shock running through you if you can do this. __First, perform the PK Thunder. Make sure you don't touch anything with the Thunder. Then, have an enemy hit you while you shake on the ground (controlling the Thunder). You will cancel the attack. Now- look at Ness. He will have a shock running through him occasionally for a good 30 seconds. I am currently rechecking to see if the backfire can EMPOWER Ness. |

Submitted by SMBTMTo get Mewtwo, you must play vs. mode for over 20 hours. This is easy to do. Select a 1-minute time mode melee game with the stage as Hyrule Temple. (By the way, make sure that both characters are humans or else this won't work.) Don't attack each other and wait until you go into sudden death. in sudden death, both players go down into the tunnel underneath the temple ruins. Wait until the bombs start falling to make sure you're safe, and if you are, pause and leave the game system on for about one day, but make sure something has the joystick on your controller pushed to the left or right. (This will keep the image moving so the TV doesn't get screen burn) After a day, finish the match and if the game has been left on for long enough Mewtwo will challenge you. |

Now, listen carefully. If this maneuver is done correctly, the foes should crowd around the edge. Now, use Roy's blazer attack (B+up). For some reason, the foes go flying up into the air really high, usually killing them. This helps to get the Mr. Resetti trophy. I have gotten 10 KOs in Cruel Melee! |

Always attack Crazy Hand (the left one) first. Anticipate their attack and jump away. If they try to poke or grab you jump then quickly fall.
You can either use Yoshi's midair down+a attack constantly or Pikachu's thunder constantly. Roy/Marth/C.Falcon/Ganon all have Smash Up moves that can hit them from the ground. Kirby is also good with his transform. |

Submitted by ClaytonT.You can more than double the length of Samus' grappling beam. Press the 'Z' button, then start hammering up and down on the control pad, while also pressing Z repeatedly. It might take a few tries, but the result is a grappling to reckon with. While using Samus' extended beam, press 'L' to make it home in on your enemies. It won't work quite like your usual grappling beam though. You'll need to manually press 'Z' when the end of your beam is on an opponent to reel them in. Unfortunately, if you fall of the screen, you'll need to pull this trick off again to have an extended grappling beam. |

First back up your save game file. Then go into the lottery window. The game will save. Now pull out your memory card and put in the coin. If the trophy is not new, put back in the memory card and reset. You will still have all your coins and the old trophy will not be there. When it asks you to load the game press yes.
If it is new, put back in the memory card, exit lottery and overwrite save. There, guaranteed new trophy! |

Choose Hyrule Temple and go down as far as you can but don't go onto the little ledge. None or Pikachu's/Pichu's moves can hit you. The Thundershock can when he is on the edge so you need to stand far enough away.
You choose Roy or Marth so you can charge up there "B" move and then when you go down to get you then use you're "B" move and they go flying. |

Some of the strategies provided for the Homerun Contest are extremely complicated and, especially for beginners, can just about do your head in. Here is an easy way to get well over 450 metres: Player: Yoshi Strategy: As soon as you hear "Go", run to the left and grab the bat, then do a side-tilt smack with the bat (NOT a Smash). The bag should not go very far. Then jump DIRECTLY above the bag and use Yoshi's arial down A move. You should rack up at least 22% damage every time. Do this three times (four if you're quick enough). Now, jump above the bag and do a foward arial A attack (Dino Dunk). This will send the bag upwards. By this stage the clock will be at about 2 seconds, so be quick with the next step. Turn around so you are facing the left, and are situated directly below the bag. Time your final (Smash) swing of the bat, so that the handle of the bat hits the bag and not the tip. If done correctly, when the bat connects with the bag, it will not make the distinctive "ping" sound, and the bag will fly backwards. This is called a "No Ping Hit" and it sends the sandbag much higher than a regular hit. Depending on wether you performed the flutter kick three or four times, the bag should sail over 400-450 Metres. You will get the Paper Mario trophy and Unlock the Yoshi's Island stage from the Nintendo 64 Version of Super Smash Bros. |

1. Suck in Mr. Game and Watch so you can use the Chef move. Jump off the edge and use Chef. If you die just as your saucepan is at it's highest you'll come back as a normal Kirby holding a grey saucepan.
2. Be near the edge and grab an opponent. Move left or right so Kirby jumps off. Kirby will die but so will the enemy normally. This is best used on Donkey Kong.
3. Suck in the enemy. Press A and Kirby will shoot out the enemy as a star. This is best used at edges or near detonating explosives like Banzai Bill, an Electrode or a bomb-omb. |

This isn't really a code, but it is really useful when you need to win battles. Todays Subject:Kirby, Kirby, and a little more Kirby.
Ok. Most people think Kirby is about his famous B button attack called copy.It copies the victims characteristics and their B button attack. But what is the mystery of this attack? Kirby also gains more stats when he copies a specific person. Sheik for example, gives kirby speed and stealth.
Anyway, Kirby is not just based on that attack. the other B attacks: Sword slash(B up), Hammer bash (B left or right), and Transform, which turns Kirby into a heavy rock(B down).
Once again I must say that when using Kirby you must use a variety of moves. Puffing up and flying then using Transform, for example, is a move that can knock your enemies into the stratosphere. B attacks are not all you must use tko master Kirby. The only way to win with Kirby is to use B attacks and the following A attacks: Spin kick(A up) spins Kirby while he kicks. Using this while jumping, Kirby can launch himself higher and higher the more you use the attack without stopping. Eventually Kirby will land. Kick, and rapid kick (A left or right) is and easy way to start a combo that will leave your enemy in pieces. A down will dodge attacks while you use a trip-kick.
Since Kirby is very very very acrobatic, especially when he puffs up and literally flies. This still can only be used with a limit. Kirby will eventually use up all the air in him and float down. when you jump, dodging either with L or R will dodge an attack.

Submitted by luigiIn Adventure/Classic 1 Player modes, you will face giant and metal foes. The easiest way to defeat them is, without a doubt, to rack up heaps of damage. Here's an easy way to do so. Choose Mewtwo as your character. In the Metal Character/Metal Bros. stage, the characters will start on the top platform. As soon as the announcer says "GO", press B to charge up Shadow Ball. The character(s) will drop through the platform, straight on top of the charging Shadow Ball. Their weight prevents them from bouncing off the ball like a regular character would, and in no time, they will rack up heaps of damage, making them vulnerable to a KO! Also, the attack has a high priority, and the shocks occur in very quick succession, so they can't air doge their way out of it. The same pricipal applies to giant enemies. Just wait for the opportune moment... |

However you lose height as you move horizontally, which can be detrimental to a recovery attempt. This tip works particularly well on the Final Destination stage (I found you can do about 5 bomb jumps). When you get within "Grappling Beam" reach of the stage, do an upwards air-dodge, then, when you reach the peak of the dodge, use the Grappling Beam. This will give you heaps more height. It is however important to note that once you reach the peak height of the air-dodge, if the Beam is not used before you start to fall, this will not work. Timing is everything... |

Submitted by NathanJThis is just a cool tip to use on the "Brinstar" Stage. The level consists of the three small platforms and the main bottom ground. There are some sort of tentacle creatures holding the two side platforms to the main bottom ground. If you attack these repeatedly, they will eventually break, allowing the platforms to swing upwards. Also, one the main bottom ground, about three fifths of the way across, there is a cluster of some sort of organism. If these are attacked, they will eventually dissapear and the Ground will split apart. Note: Both these effects wear off and the creatures regenerate after a while. |

Submitted by AndrewBernishTip 1. Normally, when Samus' Grappling Hook is deployed, there is a shocking amount of lag, leaving you open to enemy attacks (or even a dreaded KO.) To counter this, dash before pressing Z. Not only will it quicken how fast it is deployed, but Samus will also retract the grappling beam much faster.
Tip 2. On the Lylat System level "Corneria", on the far left ledge, if you use Samus' Grappling Hook to recover, sometimes you have to drop to the end of the grappling hook and just dangle there to avoid enemy attack. However, this leaves you vulnerable to the twin blasters on the ship. To eliminate this problem, jump down under the ship and use Samus’ screw attack to land
on top of the blasters, then use her down smash attack several times. This will destroy the blasters for the duration of the match. (Note that when the blasters are destroyed, you can no longer stand on them, and you will have to either sacrifice a life, or try to get back onto the ship, which is quite difficult.) |

Okay. A lot of the time, you can auto-kill the freaks in 100-Multi Man Melee. Just hit them and ' BAM. ' They're gone, I can even do this with Ness! In Sudden Death, it's always 1 Hit KO.
Continuously do 100-Multi Man Melee for about. . five more rounds? Plug-in your other controller. KO the player once, and then KO yourself on the other controller once. Call your friend over, pausing it until he/she arrives. Hopefully you'll see a difference, I definately did. |

Make fox/falco teams with the person you picked and the other two on different teams. Then pick Hyrule and do the infinite Superscope glitch and go to the gap and make peach go in the gap and fox/falco stand on the ledge and his team mate behinde him with the superscope and fox/falco stand on the other side of the gap.Let them use there sheailds and shoot constanly and let peach jump up in there and there should be a green line. then let peach throw 15 tunips and hit fox or falco there you now have a black hole. |

1.At the beginning, to get out of the two trees, jump to one side of them. Then quickly turn the control stick to the oppisite side and keep on doing that until you get to the top. 2.To get the target inside the of wood and stone stand on the wood platform on the right side of the surrounded target. Jump then double jump and while you are in the air do foward+B to throw his boomerang then quickly go down to the second sideways V shaped platform and the boomerang will slice threw the wood and target. |

cannot use any health items, including the heart containers at the start. Then you'll fight her and after you beat her the game will say, "She's yours to control, here's Krystal!" It's sort
of a pun, because Krystal is kind of a mage that can control all forms of crystals and gems. You probably don't know this because she doesn't use this power (Or magic, or
psionic, or....) in any of the games or comics. Her powers are; B) Krystal Assualt Rifle: a rapid fire machine gun that fires crystals, B+Left/Right) Krystal Blade: creates a crystal blade as big as her while she charges forward at an insane speed, B+Up) Krystal Komet: Krystal encases herself in a crystal orb and shoots herself in the direction that you point the control stick, B+Down) Krystal Sheild: Krystal encases herself in a crystal orb that deflects things. Every time something is deflected, the sheild cracks a little until it breaks and Krystal is stunned. So basicly she's Fox, except when she uses Krystal Blade or Krystal Komet, she leavs a trail that can be used for a makeshift platform that disapates in a few seconds. |

The second way is to beat the first stage in Adventure Mode (Mushroom Kingdom) with a two in the seconds (like 22, 52, 23). You will then see a cutscene with Mario getting pushed out, and you will fight Luigi. |

Submitted by teh33First select training, make you a brown mario and the cup yoshi go to hyrule temple make there 3 cups evading pick up a ray gun and try to shoot them when you run out of shots make them attack you but if you get away put them on walk plant mines then get a new ray gun and repeat the process itis funny when you walk on a mine that you planted. |
Submitted by 13nclTo get the first Target jump and use "Up+B".
TO get up the tube jump against a wall and then go the other way and you shall do a wall jump. Keep on doing wall jumps until you're at the top. Then Take out a bomb (Down+B) and jump and throw (A) the bomb. It should hit the Target if it doesnt then keep on trying.
To get the one inside that box go right above it and use a boomerang (Right+B) then Walk/Run to the platform below it and the boomerang should go right though the box hitting that Target.
The one in the box with the opening door thing either jump in and get it or use you're boomerang (Right+B).
To get one above I would jump but you can use you're Boomerang (Right+B).
To get the Target inside the room with a little opening stand on the thing that looks like a sideways "v" and do a Fully-Charged Arrow. It should hit that Target.
To get the one between the to Sideways "v's" just jump down and get it and get back up.
To get the two on the platform next to the box just use you're sword.
To get the last one go onto the box and take out a bomb. Now run double jump and trow the bomb. if you didn't get it use you're Up+B to try and get back to stage. If you didn't get back to stage then start over and keep on trying.
And that is how you do Young Link's target Test.
Note: Beat it in 45 seconds (I think) you get a trophy) |
