An Exodia OTK deck, properly constructed, will beat every CPU in the game on turn one. There are a lot of versions you can use, and I'll share my own, but one card that you absolutely must run three copies of is Painful Choice. CPU's have bad enough AI that they'll let you chain Painful Choices, using one to draw another. This means the first Painful Choice you draw, used correctly, represents 14 cards being tossed from your deck and one card being added to your hand. That's nearly half your deck, gone in an instant--perfect for an Exodia deck. Here's the list I run:
