Character endings and alternate color
Beat any tier of Battle Simulator in Multiverse to unlock a character's story ending, along with their main alternate color.
The best strategy for countering Deadshot's zone coverage is to play with a character who has a teleport attack such as Swamp Thing, Darksied, or Supergirl. Note: Choose Supergirl if she is available as her teleport punch is faster.
Easy "Catch The 4:30 To Metropolis" achievement
Play a match with any character on the Metropolis map, Memorial Station arena (single match or local versus with two controllers). Press Y on the Metropolis map to make Memorial Station the starting arena. Push your opponent in the corner and change the time in the Xbox One settings. It must be 4:30 am according to the console time to get the achievement. Set the time to 4:30 am manually in the console settings. After changing your console's time, switch back to the game and trigger the level transition to get the "Catch The 4:30 To Metropolis" achievement.
Easy "Dr. Fate-Ality" achievement
Play a match with any character on the Gotham City map, Empire Theatre arena. In the middle of the arena, press RB to throw your opponent towards the theatre sign. Repeat this three times to get the "Dr. Fate-Ality" achievement.
Easy "Going Ape" achievement
Play a match with Gorilla Grodd on the Metropolis map, The Ace O' Clubs Bar arena (press Y at the map selection screen to change the starting arena). There are three barrels on the far left side of the arena. Press RB to throw them at your opponent to get the "Going Ape" achievement.
Easy "It's Showtime" achievement
Play a match with any character on the Gotham City map, Empire Theatre arena (single match or local versus with two controllers). Push your opponent in the corner and change the time in the Xbox One settings. It must be 8:00 pm (20:00) according to the console time to get the achievement. Set the time to 8:00 pm manually in the console settings. After changing your console's time, switch back to the game and trigger the level transition to get the "It's Showtime" achievement.
Easy "Killer Croc" achievement
Play a match with a strong, muscular character (for example, Cyborg or Gorilla Grodd) on the Slaughter Swamp map. At the end of the match, when your opponent has very little health remaining, grab the crocodile that is hanging in the background (press RB) to swing the crocodile at your opponent and land the final blow to end the match and get the "Killer Croc" achievement. Characters with a lean build are not strong enough to grab the crocodile -- so it has to be a strong fighter like Cyborg.
Easy "This Is Why I Can't Have Nice Things" achievement
The Batcave map consists of two arenas (Brother Eye and Armory). Press RB to interact with objects. Interact with all the following objects in both arenas to get the "This Is Why I Can't Have Nice Things" achievement:
Brother Eye
Three lasers on ceiling
Three crates on right side
One background bounce (PC terminal on left)
One PC console (far left)
Armory
One hook on ceiling
One trailer on the right side
Two tires in the center
One background bounce (Batmobile in the middle)
One motorcycle on far left
Level Transitions are not needed. It does not matter if you hit the enemy with thrown objects. When your opponent has used one of the objects (for example, if they throw tires at you), it will count towards the achievement -- you then do not have to interact with the object.
Listed below are three versions of the game that differ from the regular version and the bonuses they contain.

Digital Deluxe Edition
The Digital Deluxe Edition will come with 3 DLC characters, a Power Girl skin and a gear shader.
Ultimate Edition
The Ultimate Edition will come with 9 DLC characters, 3 Premier Skins and 2 gear shaders.
The max level for that a character can reach is Level 20. Increasing your character level is done by playing in matches, both in solo play or online. When you win a fight you will earn a base reward of 400-500 XP. This means for a character to reach Level 20 they will need to have had 100 wins.
A version of Nightwing can be fought in Multiverse events, he is basically Robin equipped with specific gear and abilities and becomes playable when you unlock the ability for Robin known as 'Staff of Grayson'. This is a random drop that takes up both Ability Slots, and changes Robin's moves to use his staff attacks instead of his sword.
Successfully complete the story to unlock Brainiac.
Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding premier skin, which are alternate characters that are used as shaders for pre-existing characters. They do not alter the gameplay of the original character, but they do affect their voices, dialogue, and aesthetic appearance.
Golden Age Flash (The Flash alternate): Purchase for 6,000 Source Crystals.
Grid (Cyborg alternate): Link your account to the mobile version of Injustice 2.
John Stewart (Green Lantern alternate): Purchase for 6,000 Source Crystals.
Mr. Freeze (Captain Cold alternate): Purchase for 6,000 Source Crystals.
Power Girl (Supergirl alternate): Purchase for 6,000 Source Crystals.
