While you are driving down a straight-away street (before you reach the point on your focus gauge where you can perform moves), jump out of your car (press Y) and instead of bailing out the door you should jump out of the bottom of the car and land on your feet. You may need to try it a few times.
Go on the highway, somewhere in the city, where it looks like you are in the desert and on the right side of the highway, there is a spot with a ledge. Find the ramp onto the ledge and stay up there using your car as a shield so the police dont shoot you. It will take a while for the police to get you. All the officers get out of their cars and walk towards the ramp. Now jump off the ledge and drive away in a police car!
To perform this glitch you need to stop traffic (without getting the cops on you). Now you continue blowing up cars by shooting the engine and eventually people will keep running in place and sometimes not moving or getting stuck behind objects. In one case one woman was frozen in mid-air!
You need a fast car of motorbike for this glitch. I'm not quite sure where it is, but there is a circle of concrete with a cone shape roof above it. There is a wall (that is like all the others...don't worry it wont take you long to find out which one) and you just drive straight into the wall. Right before you drive into the wall... jump out of your car/motorbike. If you did this correctly you will be in the wall. The police can not get you.
