There are 2 natas spin challenges (one in Suburbia and one in Slums). To get sick in the Suburbia natas challenge after natas spinning on the first pole manual/grind to the next one over and over until you natas spin on the last one. To get sick on the slums natas spin challenge natas spin on the first pole and then transfer the natas spin to the next pole until you get to the last one. It is hard but it is possible.
