After unlocking Sakura, Dan, Cammy, Fei Long, Gen and Rose, Fight him on arcade mode, to do that, Get at least 2 perfects and 2 Ultra Finishes.
When you hold either the left or right bumper during stage select, the stage will become slightly altered during the battle. Example: In the overpass stage, there will be graffiti on the first column in the background.
Hold LB or RB while choosing a stage at the selection screen to fight on the Challenge mode version of it.
Complete Each character's Combo Challenge to unlock their respective artwork in the gallery mode.
End the arcade mode with Crimson Viper.
End the arcade mode with Sakura.
Note: This trick requires two controllers. Play in Arcade mode, and when you are about to lose a round, press Start on the second controller. Do this to get "Perfects" and "Ultra Finishes" easier for the "Legendary Champion" achievement.

To unlock Gouken as a playable character, complete Arcade Mode playing as Akuma and watch an ending. The use the following steps to unlock Gouken as an opponent.
Play as any character that you have already completed the game with and have watched their ending. You must complete the game again as them, using no continues, having no losses in any round (playing one round matches recommended), and get a certain number of "Perfect" rounds, depending on the number of rounds per match setting:
1 round match: One or more "Perfect" rounds.
3 round match: Two or more "Perfect" rounds.
5 round match: Three or more "Perfect" rounds.
7 round match: Four or more "Perfect" rounds.
You must also get a certain total number of Super Combo or Ultra Combo finishes depending on the number of rounds per match. Both types of finishes will count toward the number required. The number of super/ultra finishes you need to achieve are as follows:
1 round match: Three or more special finishes.
3 round match: Five or more special finishes.
5 round match: Seven or more special finishes.
7 round match: Nine or more special finishes.
You must also get a certain number of "First Attack" messages by scoring the first strike in a match, depending on the number of rounds per match.
1 round match: Five or more times.
3 round match: Ten or more times.
5 round match: Fifteen or more times.
7 round match: Twenty or more times.
After Gouken appears as an opponent, defeat him to unlock him as a playable character.
In challenge mode each time you beat a challenge you get a character specific title you will get a silver title for the easy challenges and a Gold titles for the hard challenges! Challenges most also be played in order. Selected titles have been displayed below
Beat the game once in Arcade Mode with any character and then go to the character voice option screen. In addition to being able to set all voices to Japanese or English you can now change the language on a per character basis. Basically if you want Ryu to speak Japanese and Ken to speak English in the same game, now you can!
End the arcade mode with M.Bison.

End the game with all the other characters.
In Chun-Li's beginning video, she tells two civilians to step back. Those persons are Yin and Yung from Street Fighter 3.
To unlock every color in the game you have to play the Time Trial and Survival modes. Please note that these HAVE to be done in order. You con NOT skip to the challenges where the colors are. Also, you unlock these per color, not per Character. So you may complete these with for example: Ryu, and gain the colors of every fighter on the roster.
You must complete arcade mode with the two characters that are in each special video.
Start a game in Arcade mode and set it to easiest difficulty and one round. With any character, press [Hard Kick] repeatedly. You will defeat the CPU every time. Defeat all other characters with one character at a time. After you have defeated all CPU opponents with every character, you will unlock all characters except for Akuma and Gouken.
