Achievements

Complete the following achievements to unlock Xbox Live Gamerscore points.

Achievement	How to unlock
Battle Tested ( 10 points )	Beat the computer in Battle mode on any difficulty level.
Hot Potato ( 10 points )	Defuse a single one of your opponent's bombs three times (Battle mode, local or Xbox Live).
Human Superiority ( 30 points )	Conquer the Expert computer opponent in Battle mode.
Marathon Master ( 40 points )	Complete Marathon mode by making a cluster, line or flower of Black Pearls.
Playing the Field ( 5 points )	Complete a game in each game mode (Marathon, Timed, Survival, Battle).
Really Special ( 20 points )	Make a Ruby.
She's Gonna Blow! ( 15 points )	Create a chain reaction explosion of three or more special pieces (any game mode).
Show No Mercy ( 10 points )	Use every type of attack in a single Battle (local or Xbox Live).
So Special it Hurts ( 25 points )	Make a Black Pearl.
Special Score ( 5 points )	Make an Emerald and a Star in the same game (any game mode).
Ten Down ( 25 points )	Win ten Xbox Live Ranked matches.
Top Off the Tank ( 5 points )	Fully charge each attack energy well in a single Battle (local or Xbox Live).

Easy achievements

To easily get the achievement of "Hexic Addict" and "Complete 100 games of Hexic", go to Time mode and start a game on the Normal difficulty setting. Get at least one cluster for the clock to start. Then, wait for the time (50 seconds) to run out. This counts as a full game. You can do this as many times as needed to get the "Hexic Addict" and "Complete 100 games of Hexic" achievements.

To get the achievement of "Flower Child", you must form a flower cluster. The easiest way to do this is the wait until you see a partially formed one (four or five pieces of the flower already together). Then, drop in the last piece and you will have created a flower. Flowers are worth a lot of points. Make a flower whenever you get the chance to do so. Note: Do not destroy anything beneath a partially formed flower, or the flower will break apart.

To get the achievement of "Star Gazer", you must form a star cluster. The easiest way to do this is look for a partially formed star cluster (two pieces) and just drop the last star piece in whenever one gets close enough to the cluster. Also, the pieces in a star cluster do not need to be the same color; they just need to be star pieces. Forming a star cluster also gives you a lot of points and usually a large combo. Note: Do not destroy anything beneath a partially formed star cluster, or the star cluster will break apart.

Accomplish the indicated task to get Gamerscore points:

Big Cheese Of The South Seas: Create a Black Pearl Cluster.
Cluster Buster: Create 25 combos.
Collapse Master: Get a total of 5,000 combos from all games.
Flower Child: Create a Flower.
Grand Pearl Pooh-Bah: Create a Black Pearl Flower.
Hexic Addict: Play 100 games.
Marathon Mogul: Earn 150,000 points in Marathon mode.
Millionaire Extraordinaire: Earn a total of 1,000,000 points from all games.
Oyster-Meister: Create a Black Pearl.
Star Gazer: Create a Cluster of bonus stars.
Survivalist: Successfully complete Survival mode.
Tick-Tock Doc: Earn 75,000 points in Timed mode.
