Successfully complete the game to unlock the FMV sequence for that character.

Make a perfect run during all the Star Search challenges (collect every possible star) to unlock Jordan, the second hidden character.
To unlock all of the boarders, you must spin the right analog stick counter-clockwise a total of 15 times at the main menu.
Unlock All/Perfect Balance
At the main menu enter: Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right.
Unlock Second and Third Boards
To unlock the second and third boards press: U, U, L, L, R, R, D, D, U, L, R, D, U, L, R, D at the main menu.
