For the mission "More Deadly Than The Male" you take for Toshiko kasen once you get far enough into the shoreside vale island missions, but you the place take this mission is in Stauton island. You go to one of the docks and have to fend off some enemy's on land first. If you have a rocket launcher you can blast them all or if you have sniper rifle just snipe'em. After thats done you you need to get in the boat showen by the blue arrow icon and take it to the yellow blip on the radar. On the way you'll encounter enemy boats. Instead using drive-by to make them go bye-bye. When they get within lock-on range. Press triangle to stand in the boat and then hold down R to lock-on to the shooter in the boat and hold down circle to shoot the shooter. After you kill the shooter press Triangle to drive the boat again. (After doing this you may notcie the camera has come in closer. it will go back to normal when you've walked around on land for little bit.) When more enemy boats show up repeat the process to get rid of them.
