Cheats, Achievements for Strider on PlayStation 4 |
A good tactic when battling bosses is to take advantage of the rapid slice ability. Instead of slowly moving in and hitting bosses intermittently you will find that although you will take some damage you will have more success if you keep hacking away at them as fast as you can. A good strategy is to always queue up a charged slash when you are running around as you never know when you're going to need it. Remember that you can go directly from crawling on a wall to a ceiling, and vice-versa. You won't fall when doing this as long as don't press LT or get hit. There is always the possibility when you think you have reached a dead end that there is a hidden area that is obscured from view which you can gain access to by slide kicking the wall or climbing the ceiling. Easy "Collector of Collecting" trophy
If you missed some canisters in the one-time area above the city, they do not count towards the totalbecause that area explodes and technically takes them all with it. If you did everything else correctly, you will earn "Collector of Collecting" when you will break last two canisters just before "Grandmaster Meio". Easy "Didn't Miss a Beat" trophy
You do not have to complete entire Balrog without falling. You just have to reach Balrog Main Deck. Complete the jumping section located immediately before area above the city in the sky (which is Balrog). You will start off the map and must go to the right against the wind by jumping from one flying platform to another. Be careful and do not jump on the left edge because the wind may blow you away from it. The game will save your progress when you step on the checkpoints. If you fall, instead of respawning exit the game then open it again to resume from the last checkpoint. This is trial and error but it is important that you learn the patterns of different enemy attacks. Also, once you get the ability to deflect bullets make use of it, especially against bosses. It is crucial that you keep an eye on enemy guns for a light as this indicates that they are going to let off a shot. Take advantage of this and make sure you get out of the way as some weaponry can inflict massive amounts of damage. Complete the following tasks to unlock PlayStation 4 trophy rewards.
