Midnight Club: Los Angeles Cheats

After you beat the LA Street King, Karol will call you and offer you a partnership with Him. His asking price is 1 Million Dollars. Do what you have to to make a million dollars, and don't forget you can sell your car's too. After you have a Million Dollars in your Bank, Karol will contact you again. Give Him the Million Dollars. When you go back to your Garage, All Car's and All Upgrades can be purchased for ZERO Dollars. Even Car's that haven't been unlocked yet can also be purchased.

When you see a red target far away on the map, enable the "No damage" and "Unlimited nitro" cheats to reach them quickly. Turn off both cheats when you are about to race him to keep your reputation and money intact.

Purchase a California Highway Patrol police car. Get the car you want it to sound like. Drive it out of the garage, then go back in and select the CHP police car. Exit the garage and the CHP police car should sound like the car that you just drove.

Remember - this game is all about illegal street racing. Gassing it on "Go" will leave your opponents in the dust, and jumping the gun is allowed here without your opponents knowing what hit them. While waiting for green, do a burnout by flooring the gas while engaging the E-brake. Watch the countdown and release the E-brake early while there are three or four bars left in the countdown timer. With this technique, you’ll smoke your opponents off of the line each and every time.

Collect the hidden Rockstar barrels to unlock the corresponding cheat option. Enabling a cheat will stop your progress in Career mode and disable the earning of money and reputation from races.

Unlimited Nitro: 10 barrels
Never Damage Out: 20 barrels
Unlimited Special Abilities: 30 barrels
Top Down View: 40 barrels
No Police: 50 barrels
No Fines: 60 barrels

Enter the race editor. Press Start to go into the layout mode (overhead view). Press L1, L2, L3, R1, R3, and X. The game will create a race with a checkpoint on up to 30 collectibles you don't already have. Test the race to collect them all. Some will still be hard to collect. Delete the checkpoints once you're done and do it again to find any remaining collectibles.

Do the amount of races required (DO NOT NEED TO WIN) for EACH of the vehicle class types to unlock their particalar customization upgrades. Tuners, Muscles, Luxury, Exotics, and Superbikes are the vehicle class types.

In the garage, modify your car. Go to the "Doors" selection to preview the door opening. Once it opens all the way, back out and then quickly X as soon as the menu appears. Your doors should now be stuck wide open. They will close if you select some options, mainly the "Doors" modifications. When you leave the garage, your doors should still be stuck open, and you can drive around with them in this position.

You can challenge various highway battlers to quick races by flashing them with your high beams when you’re on the freeway. Racers with red markers are considered the hardest, though you can smoke ‘em easily with this easy trick. Before starting a highway battle, build up lots of speed from behind the opponent. As you pass, flash your lights to start the race. You’ll blast by the opponent before he even thinks about accelerating, giving you an awesome advantage and an almost surefire win in the short race.

Go to Arcade mode. Set the AI setting to "Easy". Set the traffic to "None". Disable power-ups. To earn money; make sure you do not finish in last place.

Successfully complete Career mode.

To search through malls or other places without cops being called in to investigate, go to any garage and select any vehicle for a test drive.

Want to buy a car but you don't have enough cash? Well here is this cool glitch I will show you. First of all, test drive the Saleen S7 then go back to the showroom. And then trade in your car with something you want to have (Ie. Ford GT, Aston Martin Vantage, etc. ) You can also buy cars that are locked, too. But beware. It WILL affect your money and cash.

Use the following trick to get rid of the police when doing a race. Finish the race, then enable the "No police" cheat, then turn it off again. The police will disappear and will not have any effect on anything you do afterward.

To unlock hydraulics and air bags, you must join the Rockstar Social Club, link to your Gamertag, then complete four of the twelve "Driving Test" achievements listed on the website. Doing so will unlock hydraulics/air bags for your Gamertag, even if you totally restart the game. If you already have four of them completed, just joining the Rockstar Social Club and linking your Gamertag will unlock your hydraulics and air bags.

To unlock the infinite nitrous cheat, which can’t be used in career mode or other REP-earning missions, find ten Rockstar collectibles strewn around the game.

Earn the "Idol" rank (33,500 Reputation).
