Once you get the party started in the Stark Tower Deadpool area, listen to Nick Fury. He will say "You will know that I am the DJ when I lay my beats upon you," a reference to Samuel L. Jackson's character in the movie Pulp Fiction.
When you are on the helicarrier, a member of staff tells you that somehow some snakes got on board and now Nick Fury wants the "gosh darn snakes off the helicarrier," which is something a bit like what the Samuel Jackson character said in the movie, Snakes on a Plane.
