Stop your car and remain idle until the engine turns off. You will know when this happens when your taillights turn dark. Remain idle, then the screen will become monochrome and the camera will start to move around the city.
In any car with sirens (for example, the Hunter Citizen, Krieger PCPD Special, or the Hunter Manhattan Spirit), press L3 to turn it on. If you hold it, you will hear a different siren.
In any Road Rage event, wait for the timer to run out while on the roof of a parking garage. You will end up on the wall of the garage. Note: To exit, you must gas and steer at the same time while boosting.
Complete each condition to get the allotted Trophies. There are 2 Silver Trophies and 1 Bronze Trophy.
