"Intercept Nasri The Arms Dealer": Unlimited ammunition
Complete the "Defeat Nasri's Guards" objective and remain in that room. Notice that there are three sets of stairs. There is a door behind two of them and another with a table across the top. In front of that table is an random ammunition collectable. This collectable will respawn after approximately thirty seconds. "Investigate Marburg's Villa": Unlimited ammunition
At the end of the mission, you can find two ammo collectibles in the garden on the north and south sides. They will respawn after you move back to the doors. Get the pistol up to the advanced chain shot level. When a Boss sticks their head out, do a five shot chain shot to kill it instantly. You can re-do your character's appearance by going to the bathroom. Complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding bonus.

On the level called "Intercept Nasri the Arms Dealer" there is an area that you can pick up unlimited ammo. When you finish the objective "Defeat Nasri's Guards" do not leave that room. There are three sets of stairs with a door behind two of the and one with a table across the top. In front of the table is an ammo pick up. This pick up will res-pawn every thirty seconds indefinitely. The type of ammo is random.
During "Investigate Marburg's Villa", in the garden at the end of the level there are two ammo piles on the north and south sides that re-spawn if you move back to the doors. Alpha Protocol has a New Game+ mode of sorts. If you start the game as a Recruit, you have no skill points at the beginning, you only get them when you level up. It will be more difficult to play through the game this way, but you get additional "Recruit" dialog options (down on the dialog stance system) and when you finish the game you unlock the Veteran class.
With this new Veteran class you start off the game with 3 skill points in every category and also get additional "Veteran" dialog options.
