When you've unlocked the 3 Free Streets save and quit. go onto "Free Play" and make a one woman (if your bustin' out character is a boy) or a one man (if it's a girl). Then save and quit. Go onto "Bustin' Out" mode. Hopefully your created man/woman will visit. Greet them, and keep talking, complimenting, talking, (if you have this) break dancing, complimenting, until your friends. Then keep going and flirt. You will fall in love if your relationship is over 70. Then follow my guide on marring (look above) and get married. Partners don't lose relationships, so your free to make friends with the whole neighborhood! Very effective if you need friends for your career. | Submitted by SeanBailey
