 Continually recruit new players
Go into the recruiting menu and select all your prospects. Once finished doing so, save the recruits and your team to the memory card. Reset all the rosters and then load your saved team. You are now able to use your previously saved recruits, in addition to recruiting more from the menu, as if you never had done so in the first place.
