Beans that scatter can be recolected by using the accio button. when u kill an animal or etc., the beans will go all over the place. press the accio button and they will fly right to you. this is much easier than running around and getting them. |
Submitted by GeorgeTaylorFlip your enemy onto its back and have a team member use Wingardium Leviosa. Charge up a Jinx until it is so full that it releases automatically. The beams should turn out black with dark blue lining.
For advanced spell casters, when you are pressing the Analog-stick in the desired direction, wiggle it around that point. You will find that your Carpe Retractum spell will be faster at pulling. The best place to try this is the Prefect's Bathroom.

First, Jinx all Voldemort's skeletons. He will cast Abvra Cadabvra and you must move the energy ball over the skeletons. He will then pick up the grim reaper statue and make it float around. Dodge it and on about the third time it is thrown at you, it will get stuck in the ground. Move the energy ball over it, and it will lose a wing. Do this two more times and you will win.
Easy beans in Prefect's bathroom
There are many beans in this level. Almost all statues have around twelve beans in them. This is the best level to raise your bean count to buy cards. To complete the entire level you will need to know the Herbivicus spell first. Note: Use Ron because his cards are very expensive and cost more than the others.
At the title screen hold L1 and R1 then press X, Up, Down, Square, Triangle you should hear a wand making sound then when you play the game you will have all cards, beans, and unlimeted health. |
Submitted by jimmyHold R1 on the first task of the Triwizard Tournament (Dragon Chase) to go faster than normal.
On the first task hold X + R1 and you will go very fast.
Forbidden Forest: Easy beans
Go to the forbidden forest. Go back towards the bottom of the screen. If you move quickly, five Dugbogs will appear. Continue then stop and use Hebivicus on nearby plants. Launch the Bubotubers and continue. Run up the hill with the cauldron on it. Use Windardium Leviosa on it. Move it over to blow up the Bubotubers that could not be launched. In there will always be one Dugbog. Kill it. Another will appear. This will never stop. If you want to stop, stun the Dugbog then levitate the cauldron in there and blow up the Bubotubers. Once out, continue in the direction you were going before. The next clearing you reach should have mushrooms blocking the path to the north and the south. Use the Bubotuber to kill the mushrooms to the north. Move in that direction. At the end should be a Blast-Ended Skrewt. Kill it. You can stun it by making it run into a wall. Then, continue up the vines on the right using Herbivicus. Vampyr Mosps should appear. Kill them. Once at the top, another Blast-Ended Skrewt should be there, along with Vampyr Mosps. Once you kill all these and collect all the beans, go back the way you came. When you reach a clearing, run south and blow up the mushrooms. There will then be a fork in the road. The one on the left leads to a mini shield. The one on the right leads to a baby dragon in a cage. Go that way, blowing up all the mushrooms. As soon as the intermission sequence ends, run to the right. Use the Bubotuber to blow up the mushrooms. Use Herbivicus on the vines. Kill the Vampyr Mosps then press Start end the level. It is possible to get over 1849 beans all at once by doing this, mainly in that Dugbog corner.
Forbidden Forest: Hidden area
When you see the waterfalls, you can jump into the one with flowers in front of it. When you go inside, you will find Wizard cards, a Tri-Wizard shield and Bertie Bots Beans.
in the Prefect's Bathroom, you can improve on spells by casting Jinxes on Erkling and Salamanders and Mosps.
Maximizing Wingardium Leviosa
To maximize Wingardium Leviosa after you get three shields, take the big block you find on the second level of the Forbidden Forest everywhere with you on the level. You will eventually maximize the spell. This can also work with almost any other spell.
This is a very handy jinx that does automatic kills on smaller enemies (for example, Dugbogs, Salamanders, etc.) Follow the same procedure as the Avifors jinx except do not flip your enemy. No beams should appear but your character should point their wand and yell "Orbis!". There will be a blue ball around the enemy and it will spin. After about two seconds of spinning, the enemy will disappear.
Using different jinx styles is suggested because of the diverse effects. Ricochet is good for attacking the Dugbogs in that corner. The Jinx Cascade is useful when you need to dispatch an enemy that normally requires more than one shot to kill (for example, Skrewt). Triple is good for stunning them.
Harry: Friendship, Gold Stamina, Ricochet Jinx
Hermione: Friendship, Gold Stamina, Triple Jinx
Ron: Friendship, Gold Stamina, Jinx Cascade
Harry: Friendship, Bertie Botts Bean Pouch, Ricochet Jinx
Hermione: Friendship, Gold Stamina Booster, Triple Jinx
Ron: Friendship, the card that makes all beans increase stamina, Jinx Cascade
If you get a character/friendship card, stand by Ron or Hermione if you are Harry to refill your energy. You can stand by both of them to refill it faster.
When you need the shield to the right of the starting place, use Wingardiun Leviosa on the stone block and take it to the original starting place. Go to the right and place it. Note: The block must be under the shield or it will not work.
Just as the title implies, these cards vanish after a certain amount of time when you start a level. If the card should disappear, you have to restart the level. The location of the vanishing card in Hogwarts Exterior is on a sloped, unfinished, wooden/brick bridge beside the 3 big blocks that are used to stack on each other. Have fun finding the other cards because i can't find them.
Oh, i almost forgot to say, when you start a level, the vanishing card will disappear with an alloted time .depending on how close the location of the card to the starting point is. If the card is close, you will have a short time to get it, if it's far, you will be alotted a longer time. But of course, there isn't a timer, so you'll need to be quick. |
Submitted by GeorgeTaylorTriwizard Tournament First Task
Gold: 3 shields
Silver: 2 shields
Bronze: 1 shield
This is the first of the three triwizard tasks you must endure in the tournament. You must collect the egg that is placed in the area of a dragon. You start out on your broom flying away from the dragon that is chasing you around the castle. You need to fly around the castle and collect as many bean rings as you can. YOU DO NOT NEED TO WORRY TO MUCH ABOUT THE TIME SO DONT WORRY ABOUT FLYING THROUGH THE SPEED RINGS. All you need to do is collect as many
beans as you can and you will easily obtain the gold and collect the egg that will help you in your next task. |
