When in Bullworth Vale, go to the light house and jump into the water. Swim out by the mountains away from the light house and find a sunken ship. Stand on the ship and face the front. Look to the right and see a mountain with a beach, swim towards it. When you get there, you will find two things, one is a garden gnome, get close to the garden gnome and break it(you will also find a G&G card on the ship.) After breaking the gnome, get ready for a fight. The second thing on the rock is a greaser in a pirate suit, even after Halloween. Even if you have 100% greaser respect, he will still fight you. It should be pretty easy to beat him. Once you do, a message will show in the middle of the screen saying that YOU HAVE UNLOCKED THE PIRATE HAT. Awesome! | Submitted by scruffythejanitor
