Look for the [Engine.GameEngine] section, change the "EnableDevTools=False" line to "EnableDevTools=True". Then, press ~ (North American version) or ' (European version) during game play to display the console window. Enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function. Codes must be reactivated when a new mission starts.
