Open Swat4.ini and go down to the title "[Engine.GameEngine]".Change "EnableDevTools=False" to "EnableDevTools=True". Press ~ (North American version) or ' (European version) during game play to display the console window.

Change map - open [mapname]
Disable no clipping mode - walk
God mode - god
No clipping mode - ghost
Set gravity value - setgravity [number]
Set jump height - setjump [number]
