When you start the level, go down the stairs in the building to the bottom. Cross the street and enter the building with the address "10592". Go upstairs to the top. There should be a window that is open. You can go out the window and trail along the edge of the building. *Note: This is a good spot the kill the suspect in the fitness room across the street. | Submitted by RedRabbit
