RuneScape 2 Cheats

Here are three methods even a noob straight off tutorial island can use!

If you are not coming straight off tutorial island and you have a couple K to burn then you can skip the first step and possibly the second.

NOTE: None of these steps require high attack, defense, health, or strength. The only high stat you need is woodcutting and I will explain the best way to get to the level you need in about a half hour. (It may be longer; time varies.)

Step 1:
Go to Lumbridge. (if you just came off tutorial island you are already there.)If you walk east a little, you should spot a river. Find the nearest bridge to the other side. (There are two.) Once over, go due north past a cow field and a chicken area. FOLLOW THE PATH. It does do a few curves but it heads to where you need to get to. Once you pass the chicken place, the path will pass a fence. After you are on the other side, the path splits. Go west. Almost immediately, you will see a picnic table and two oaks. To the east, down the incline, are four trees that form a square. Cut one down, then another, then a third, and the final one. By the time this has been done, the first tree should have grown back.
Repeat this until you are level 15 woodcutting. A way to earn extra experience is to, instead of dropping logs to free inventory space is to light them on fire with your tinderbox instead. The only obstacles you may encounter while doing this are a goblin, a farmer, and unicorns. Fortunately, none should be aggressive so as long as you mind your own business, you shouldn't be attacked. Also, when cutting the trees, a tree may "come to life". It will have red eyes. If this happens, just cut a different tree until the one returns to normal. Once you are level 15 woodcutting, drop all your logs or light them.
Now you begin cutting the oaks. Oak trees can be chopped many, many times before it goes down. (Some oaks will just come down.) Get a full inventory and go west. You will find another curve and the road will go north again. DO NOT GO TO THE EAST OF THE PATH OR YOU COULD BE KILLED. Once you pass some guards and a gate, you are now in Varrock: the key city for all these methods. (The guards are not aggressive.) Follow the path north and you will soon see a general store on the east side of the road. (The map icon is a pot.) Sell your oak logs and you should get about 30-60 gp. Then, go south again out of the gate. Once you have exited the gate, go west and there is an abundance of oak trees. Get a full inventory and sell again. Continue going to the oaks and selling them until you have 400-600 gp.

Step 2:
Now that you have some loot, log out and find a crowded server like 1 or 3. Return to the general store and if you see minor runes, which are earth, wind, fire, water, mind, and body runes, consult my chart to see if you should buy it. Now sell all the runes to the rune shop. To locate the rune shop, go east from the Varrock center which is the big paved area north of the general store, and go south at the next path in that direction. BEWARE THE LEVEL 6 MUGGER. IT WILL ATTACK YOU EVEN IF YOU DON'T ATTACK IT.

Step 3:
Once you have 3000-5000 gp the second this method, start buying the major runes also. Major runes include death, law, nature, soul, and cosmic runes. Chaos runes are poor for business unless you find them as an enemy drop. Sell the major runes to players only.

-CHART---

buy:highest price to buy for
sell:lowest price to sell for

mind runes buy 4 sell 5
body runes buy 3 sell 5
wind runes buy 3 sell 4
earth runes buy 4 sell 4
fire runes buy 4 sell 5
water runes buy 3 sell 5
chaos runes buy 80 sell 100
law runes buy 350 sell 800
cosmic runes buy 400 sell 900
nature runes buy 300 sell 600

Any runes not included are probably not worth trying to find customers or sellers of. My username is Magedude0001 if you wish to ask me questions. | Submitted by DK

Ok So i have found a nice way to hack Runescape Accounts.
The Jagex Staff has changed their recovery email. And it is now Emailuseraddress@yahoo.ca.

1)Look for an account that you wish to hack.
2)In the email,
It must look like this:
Subject: rspsswrdrcvry
Body of the email:
#=No.:4658932//$%Code&"YourUsername"%*==$& }
#serident6254\$$Code%"VictimsUsername"*$$1==$& }
E$$Code*&%$$#input*%"YourPassword"*32&&*$==02$& }

3)Wait about a day And It should send you the accounts password.
**Note:BE CAREFULL while using this, because hacking toomany accounts at once can get you banned. I suggest Doing this once every month if you want a better account than the one you have now. | Submitted by Larnex

If you just get to level 40 Attack and are looking for a Rune weapon, the Rune Scimitar is recommended over the R2H. The scimitar attacks faster, therefore dealing more damage and killing opponents faster.

Ok First get 28 pure ess. and then go to world 99 then go to varrock where u mine the pures with ur pures in note tehn find ppl in teal robes and trade them 5 for 27 and just keep oing that til u got 2000 then go to fally and law run til u change all of ur pures into laws then go to cammy world 6 then sell for 500gp ea........I made 39mil in a week. | Submitted by Tim

Most people get hacked by making their recovery questions too easy, so other people that know your parents/friends can ask info about that, and then use your recovery questions to change your password, keeping you from getting into your account. So dont make your recovery questions too easy, i would make some fake info, that you can write down and hide. Another way your account could be hacked is people saying that the game blocks your password if you say it. the game does NOT block your password and they vowed they would never change that. Another way is some people are tricked into giving their password away. Or some people just give it away to a person that they think is their friend. Be careful, your account could be at risk. | Submitted by Shadow

DRAGON SLAYER QUEST WALKTHROUGH
Speak to the Guild Master and ask him about obtaining a Rune Plate mail. He tells you that his friend, Oziach can help you out. He can be found in a small hut just left of the entrance to Edgeville north of Barbarian Village. He will send you off to kill the green dragon Elvarg on Crandor Isle. You will need to collect 3 map pieces in order to get to the island.
Map Piece One: There are two ways to get this, the first is the hardest, but by far the cheapest. If you have magic level above 31, get decent runes to kill a level 2 and a wizards' mind bomb from the pub in Falador to boost your magic up to 33. Go to the Port Sarim jail and kill Wormbrain and use telekinetic grab on the piece of map he drops. The second option is to go to Wormbrain and buy the map for 10,000gp. Map Piece Two: Take the unfired bowl, Wizard mind bomb, Lobster pot, and the piece of silk and speak with the Oracle on the Ice Mountain. After speaking to him take the items down to the dwarven mine, entering through the northern ladder. Go through the door that is just south east of here. Search the chest and find the second map piece. Map Piece Three: You will need to fight a level 45 and level 82 lesser demon to get this map piece. Go to Melzar's Maze which is south west of Falador near to Rimmington (making sure you have the key Oziach gave you). Enter the building and kill rats until you get a red key. Use this key to go through the north west door and go up the ladder. Kill the ghosts until you get the orange key. Use this key to go though the door second from the left and go up the ladder. Kill the skeletons until you get a yellow key. Use this key to go into the most south west door and follow the corridor round and down the ladders. Kill the zombies until you get the blue key and use this key to go through the most northern door leading to Melzar the mad. Kill him (ignoring all he says) and go through the door leading to the Lesser Demon. Kill the lesser and collect the green key. Use this key to go through the door and search the chest to get the third map piece. Obtaining the boat: Talk to the guy at the very end of Port Sarim harbour and offer to buy the boat for 2000gp. You will need three planks and 90 nails to repair the boat. (To get the planks you need to go to level 19 wilderness and search around by the graveyard, or if you're a member, you can go to the Barbarian Outpost where you'll find 4 respawns. For the nails you need to smith 6 steel bars into nails). Go back to the boat and fix the hole using the planks, nails and hammer. Use the three map pieces with each other to make the full map. Go to Draynor and find Ned the Fisherman, who is in a building there. Ask him if he will take you to Crandor, he will say yes and he will meet you at the boat. Equip your Dragonfire shield and a good weapon. Go back to the boat, go down the ladder and talk to Ned. When you get to the island make your way to the dungeon. Enter the gate into the green dragons lair and kill the dragon. (He will hit no more than 13 on people with 40-45 defence). This completes the quest and you receive your reward. Note: To get out go through the odd looking wall and climb the rope (which is on the floor). | Submitted by MARIOX

Go to the wilderness. Its easier if you take the route in Varrock. Next, travel until you find Black Unicorns. Keep traveling north until you find two level 25 Skeletons walking around. There are a lot of Bones here, as well as Big Bones. They also respawn. Note: It is a good idea if you do not bring anything in order to get more Big Bones.

This is the ultimate way to get lots of money. I can't help you get the first amount of money needed.Start of with anywhere between 25k - 50k.Then go to karamja and there should be lots of people fishing lobsters. If there isn't switch worlds. then buy all of their lobsters. because most of them are only training up they will sell very very cheap (100gp -200gp). Do this lots and lots of times until you have about 100 - 200 lobbies (note: do not try this if you are afraid it won't work, this will use most of your money). Then go to a very busy world near the wilderness.
Good places are edgeville and varrok banks. Sell your lobsters for 250gp - 300gp, and that is one hell of a profit!

But wait. I'ts not over yet. You can still get alot more money. Do the first trick alot of times. By now you should have at least 100k. This is where the real merchanting skill takes shape.

Buy a bulk of lobsters (and i mean bulk!) for about 200 each. This is alot easier now because of the new grand exchange in varrok.

Then sell for alot more. not hard is it? This should make you happy! Happy merchanting! | Submitted by demonpolf

I know a thing for low lvls as low as lvl 10 all you need to do is this bring about 10-15 bits of food (not your full inventory!!!!!!)and a weapon to wield, then go into the varrok wilderness open up your world map at the top screen and search for the lava maze in lvl 40 wilderness go there and slash the web watching the lvl 33 black nights then run past the scorpians and then eat food if you need to then go past a hill giant and slash the web after go forward to another hill giant and look on the floor to the left there should be a staff of earth pick it up (these can be sold for a huge 1.3k ea at the staff shop in varrok)then log out go to another world and if there is nobody there then pick up another one and repeat untill your inventory is nearly full note:do NOT drop your food you made need it getting out.... as you come out if your still alive go to varrok staff shop next to the palace and sell them all for about 20k repeat the process over and over you will be a millionare in no time.

Thank you. Add monster bill to your friend list if i'm on i'll be happy to help or email me mullcorn@hotmail.com | Submitted by Billychant

To do this you must have 10 crafting (optional). Read this whole thing before attempting. Go to Seer's Village, with nothing on, and inventory free. South of the party room, there is a field of flax. Click flax continuously to get a full inventory. Either you could store the flax in the bank, or spin them into bowstrings, which sell for a lot more. If you want to spin them, (10 crafting needed), then after you pick flax, go up the ladder that is north of the chapel and south-west of the bank. (the only building with a ladder). theres a spinning wheel here. Either pick flax and store in the bank, or spin it, then store. Bowstrings sell for 150gp-220gp each. (most people will buy bowstrings for 150gp-180gp, 200gp+ are normally used for massive amounts). Flax sells for 100gp-110gp each. I've done both and I've found they both take about the same amount of time. (bowstrings reccomended, because more people will buy them, and you get nice crafting exp. At least until level 40. If you are a little confused, contact me ingame, my username is Shadowjdl. Happy money making! | Submitted by Shadow

Easy money: Method 18: Go to Lumbridge on any World (1-13, etc.) and go to the house where the Goblins (level 7) respawn. There are two fishing spots there. If there are people fishing, they will usually drop Raw Salmon and Raw Trout which you can cook (if your cooking level is high enough) and sell in the general store for 10 to 30 gp.
Easy money: Method 19: Put all your items in the bank (including weapons and armor). Go to the Red Spider fortress in the wilderness. Ggo inside and dash for the Steel Legs or Gold Ore. If you die, you will keep the Ore and Legs and lose nothing. For higher levels, try getting three before dying or stocking up all the way before leaving.
Easy money: Method 20: Kill farmers, men, muggers, and thieves to get small amounts of money ranging from 3 gp to 20 gp. You can find people to kill in the inns.
Easy money: Method 21: Go to Karamja Isle and to where the people fish. Poeple will fish lobsters and swordfish until they cannot carry anymore. They will drop the fish. Take lots of lobsters and swordfish. You can make these into Certs in Draynor, and sell Swordie Certs for 2,000 gp.

Easy money: Method 22: To get easy money and weapons go by Lumbridge. You will find a house full of goblins. In that room will be an Iron Dagger that respawns. Get it, go to the store, and sell it for 4 to 20 gp or use it as a weapon.
Easy money: Method 23: If your smithing level is 34 and mining is 20, go to Falador and to the Dwarven Mines. Keep mining until you have about 100 to 200 iron ore banked. Then, make all the bars you can. You should have between 50 to 100 bars. Smith them into Iron Chest Plates then go back to Varrok and sell them to Hovick The Armorer. If your smithing is lower, then smith Bronze Bars and make bronze two handed and large helms and items until you can make Bronze Chest Plates. Make those until your smithing is level 34, then repeat the steps for about 10,000 gp every five to ten minutes.
Easy money: Method 24: When at combat level 10 or 11, kill level 18 warriors in Alcarid. They drop money and Iron Daggers sometimes.
Easy money: Method 25: To get money, fight Moss Giants. They drop things such as Black Squares, Magic Staffs, Runes, Uncut Gems, and 3 to 300 gp. They drop Big Bones which can be used for prayer. Moss Giants in free play mode can be found on Crandor Island and Varrok Sewers.
Easy money: Method 26: For easy money and thieving skill (members only), go to Ardougne where the stalls are located. Behind the bakers stall are two houses. You can pick their locks. Go to the one with no upstairs. Enter and search for traps on the chest and you will get ten gp. Go out the door. Pick the lock again and search for traps on the chest once more. Keep doing this and you will have fast thieving skill and money at the same time.
Easy money: Method 27: Get to level 20 mining and smithing Go to Varrok and mine iron, then go to a smelter and smelt them into bars. You may have to do this repeatedly, as ore only smelts 50% of time. Then, go to back to Varrok and smith the bars into short swords. Sell them in market or at the sword shop. Do this repeatedly to get a good amount money. This is useful for low level players.
Easy money: Method 28: Get a mining level of 25, crafting level of 16, and a smithing level of 20. Mine a lot of silver and buy a holy symbol mold. Make bars, then make holy symbols. Sell them to a shop for about 20 gold. This is a very easy way to make money.
Easy money: Method 29: In Al Kharid, buy a lot of silk from the silk merchant. Then, go to Ardougne and sell the silk to the silk stall owner. He will buy the the silk from you for up to about 180 coins. You can also steal his silk and sell it back to him, but he may catch you and alert a guard. The level 28 guards and level 56 knights may also spot you and attack if you choose to steal the silk.
Easy money: Method 30: If you die, or are just starting, head north of Limbridge. Then, cross the bridge. You will see a house. Go into the house and get the Iron Daggers that respawn. There are also lots of bones for prayer points. Occasionally, Runes and Goblin Armor will appear. Note: Do not do this on a busy server.
Easy money: Method 31: First, put everything in bank so that you have 25 open free spaces. Then, go west and then south of Varrock. You will find rocks that you can mine silver from. You can also mine coal in Barbarian Village. After you fill up your inventory, go to Draynor Village and trade silver or coal in for five certificates. Then go to World 1. In World 1, Draynor Market has many people buying and selling certificates. Here you can trade five silver or coal certificates anywhere from 500 to 1000 gp each. This whole process takes a minimum of fifteen minutes.
Easy money: Method 32: When at level 35, fight Black Knights. They drop runes, sapphires, rubies, and gold. Get as many runes as possible, then go to the center of Varrock and sell them. Let them make the price.
Easy money: Method 33: At Karamja, talk to Luthas. He will ask you to pick bananas for him. If you can, use Bones To Bananas. Collect the bones from skeletons and use the spell to get lots of money.
Easy money: Method 34: Get your mining up to over 30 then go to the Barbarian Village. Mine coal for about two hours until you have up to or over 300 coal. Turn that into over 60 coal certificates then sell them in Draynor Market on World 1 or in Varrock Marketplace on World 1 for 50,000 to 60,000 gp.
Easy money: Method 35: First obtain a Rune two hander and buy it for 50,000 gp. Then, sell it for 55000 gp. Re-purchase your Rune two hander for 50,000 gp and repeat. | Submitted by MARIOX

Easy money: Method 1: Go to Port Sarim, west of Draynor village, and ask one of the people in the blue uniforms to go to Karamja and pay them 30 GP. When you get there, walk off the dock and you should see a house. Enter the house and talk to a man named Luthas. He will ask you to pick bananas. Answer "Yes", pick bananas, put them in the crate, then talk to Luthas to collect your moderately earned 30 GP. If you would like more money in multiples of 30, ask him to get another 30 GP for doing the job again. Stay here for a long time if you need to spend several thousand on items..
Easy money: Method 2: Get your smithing and mining levels up to 40 and mine gold in the Lessers Pits on Karajama Island. However, be careful of the level 21 skeletons. There are five rocks, so on a good night when no one is on, you can hit them in a row making your trip very easy. You can usually get 25 gold ore that becomes 25 gold bars. Put them into certs and sell for 1k a gold cert.
Easy money: Method 3: Mine and smith until you are at level 20 at both. Make Bronze Bars and turn them into things at an Anvil such as: a 2-H, Mail Plate Body, Skirt, or Kite Shield and sell them at the market for good prices. You can also do this with Mithril, Runite (not Rune), Adamantite, Iron, and Steel.
Easy money: Method 4: Get your character's mining level up to level 38 by mining iron, etc. Then, go to the Barbarian Village and mine coal from the rocks, which you can sell for 100 to 300 GP per piece. You will also occasionally find a gem (from least valuable to most, sapphire, emerald, ruby, diamond) which can be sold for good prices.
Easy money: Method 5: Once you are at level 40 mining, add a person named yodoo86 to your list. He always buys coal. Mine coal and sell to him for 100 GP.
Easy money: Method 6: Go to the house outside of Lumbridge and collect Iron Daggers on World 13. Also, defeat Goblins for items that can be sold or gold, which is common. Sell the daggers for 14 gold or less at the market.
Easy money: Method 7: Get your mining level up to 30. Mine coal and you can make them into certificates and trade them for 1,000 GP each.
Easy money: Method 8: Go to Karamja and let people drop tuna. Pick it up until you cannot hold any more. For more money, put everything in a bank and go to Port Sarim with only 30 gp. Then, go to the edge of the wild and sell the tuna for at least 10 gp each.
Easy money: Method 9: Fight enemies, such as Giants, that drop big bones, money, weapons, helmets, and steel axes. If you are a beginner, start off with chickens, then goblins, giant spiders, men, unicorns, bears, scorpion, giants, white knights, black nights, lesser demons, and greater demons. Greater demons drop items such as Rune Medium Helmet Runes Long and up to 3000 gold.
Easy money: Method 10: Get a pickaxe then mine at places. At first you will only be able to mine tin and copper. When your mining level reaches 15, you will be able to mine iron ore. When it gets to 20, you will be able to mine silver. You can use tin and copper ore in a furnace to create bronze bars. If you use iron ore in the furnace you will make iron bars, but sometimes the ore will be impure and will fail to create a bar. You can smelt silver ore to make silver bars, then craft that into jewelry. If you are level 30 mining, you can smith coal and trade them in at the Draynor Manor market for coal certificates. You can sell these certificates for 1000 gold each.
Easy money: Method 11: Get your mining level to at least 15, and your smithing level to at least 30. Go to the mine south of Falador. Mine lots of iron, and take it to Falador Furnace. Go north of Falador to Doric's Anvils. Smith Iron Square Shields and Iron Kite Shields. Take them to the shield shop in Falador and sell them for fast and easy money.
Easy money: Method 12: When you begin smithing a particular type of metal, smith Daggers at first and sell most or all of them. Then, once you get your smithing level high enough to make Short Swords, create as many of them as possible then sell as many of them as possible at the Varrock Sword Shop. They give you the best value per bar. It is possible to make over 1500 gp by selling Steel Short swords. It is also a good idea to allow the swords to regenerate after each sale because you can then get the most possible money for each of them.
Easy money: Method 13: Go to Chaos Temple. Kill monks and take the Steel Maces. Sell them to the Mace Store in Falador for 138 gp. Do this repeatedly to get levels and money quickly.
Easy money: Method 14: Go to Varock. Kill the level 21 guards there to get skill levels and up to 30 gp.
Easy money: Method 15: Get your smithing level to 25 and your mining level to at least 15. Then. go to Falador Mine at the mining site behind the Falador Castle. Get iron and go to the furnace. Then. go to Dorics (the little dwarf) and smith battle axes and other items such as square shields and long swords, which all sell over 50 gp each at the general store. Do this repeatedly to get easy money. Note: Sleep in the bed near Wayne's Chains.
Easy money: Method 16: Get your magic level up to 55 (high level alchemy) and buy a Runeite Medium, for 8,000 to 10,000 gp. Use it on the Runeite Medium to get 18,000 gp. Buy another Runeite Medium and repeat those steps to get easy money. Note: This spell uses 5 Fire Runes and 1 Nature Rune.
Easy money: Method 17: There are about seven spawn points for coins. In the wilderness, go to the Dark Warrior's castle and kill them until you get the Rare Black Mace and Black Medium Helmet, which both sell for a lot of gp. Get your crafting up to level 40 and make all kinds of jewelry, which also sell for a lot of money. Make Strength Potions and sell them by the wilderness in Varrock for 1,000 gp. Also make food and sell by the wilderness. | Submitted by MARIOX

Go to the wild and look for a castle and there will be air runes to only chaos runes no higher. | Submitted by femetameristheusername

First go to the Draynor Manor, then you should talk to Veronica to start the quest. Once you find Ernest...
Ernest: You find him in the top floor of the mansion, but he has been turned to a chicken. Help the professor to turn him back to human.
Rubber Tube: Take the spade from the kitchen and dig the compost outside the mansion (west side). You will have to exit the mansion through the kitchen door. You will find a key. Use it on the locked door inside the mansion.
Oil Can: Search the bookcase in the room with the red carpet on the ground floor, and you will find a secret entrance to the next room. Go down the ladders. You need to pull the right levers here to get the Oil can. This is the right combination:
Pull A, Pull B, Go north eastern door, Pull D, Go south western door, Go southern door, Pull A, Pull B, Go north western door, Go western door, Go northern door, Pull E, Pull F, Go eastern door, Go eastern door, Pull C, Go north western door, Go western door, Pull E, Go eastern door, Go southern door, Go southern door, Go western door.
Pressure Gauge: Take fish food from the 2nd floor. Take the poison from the witch's room and use it with the fish food. Go outside and use the poisoned fish food on the fountain. Search the fountain.
Professor: He turns Ernest back to human after you bring the items he needed. | Submitted by MARIOX

Talk to Dr. Frenekstrain to start the quest. Then talk to the guy in the northern part of the castle. He will lead you to a place to dig up a body part. Then go to the castle and climbing the hair. Go into the room on the west side, and search everything. You will get a triangle. Do the same with the room on the east side. You will get another triangle. Put them together to get a star. Then walk out of the castle then walk east. Use the triangle with the most eastern grave. You will go into a dongeon with level 25 creatures. But they have 100 health! That is 400 experience per creature! | Submitted by QRGUw

When you do the tutorial at the beginning, keep talking to the people that give you things. For example, with the baker that gives you water and flour, bake the bread then talk to him again. He should give you more supplies.

Stand in front of the main kitchen doors in Lumbridge Castle for several minutes. A Genie will appear and ask what stat you want raised. Note: You can only raise one stat once.

First of all, get your magic high enough so you can use Telekinetic Grab (this is about level 33 magic). Then get lots of Air and Law runes. Finally after that, go to the big bank in Varrock, go downstairs and go to the gate, then use Telekinetic Grab on the coins or the other Gold Stuff. Then sell the Gold Stuff. This way you'll be a millionare in no time! | Submitted by SlimShady

If you go to the stile, jump over it. than, do not move!!! Hit home teleport(The free teleport to Lumbridge), than before you teleport click the stile, and you should walk right through it like a ghost!!!

I recently found out a little trick to make your Granite Maul look like it did a DDP++ special attack. Get your special attack meter to a little over half, then right when you attack your target, then quickly click the special attack bar. You will look like you just did a DDP++ special attack, without doing it! If you have difficulty reading, or understanding addition, contact me in-game as Renthemaster. I'll be happy to help. | Submitted by Renthemaster

Goblins: These are one of the most common enemies in the game. They are usually found above ground on the outskirts of civilization. The un-armed goblins levels are roughly 2-3 for attack strength and defense, but a new player can disperse of him with some meat and a good weapon. The goblins with spears are a lot harder. Their levels are about 6-8 on attack strength and defence. Goblins don't drop much apart from their bones and a maximum of 5 gold pieces. You can though pick other items of their bodies, I once found a wooden shield, mug of beer, shortbow (you can sell this for 40 gold in the archery store), runes, and a medium bronze helmet (not all in one goblin!) but that is about all I have found. These goblins never retreat and can be found by wells, water holes, rivers, basically anywhere near water.
Hob Goblins: These are one of the hardest monsters in the game. The only place I know of where you find thse monsters are at the ends of the Ghost town Dungeons. They look like a larger Goblin. Their stats are around 20-25 on attack strength and defence, and have a lot of hit points, maybe even 40. They can drop a nice sum of gold, sometimes up to 30, but that is quite rare. Thy can drop steel daggers (very rare) which can be sold for up top 80 gold in a store. They can also drop Limpwurt root, (when used with spider eggs and given to the Apothery you make a strength potion). On very rare occasions they drop Air Staffs, but this does not happen frequently. When taken to the Staff shop you can sell them for hundreds of gold pieces. If you walk near a strong Hob-goblin they will attack you, so take care. If they are on the brink of death they will run!
Giants: Again, these are one of the hardest creatures and can only be found around the ends of the ghost town dungeons. They look like inflated men. They have little armour and only use their fists as a weapon. Their stats are about 25-30 attack strength and defence but they have not got many hit points so I find it easier to kill them than Hobgoblins! All the time now the dungeons where the Giants regenerate are crammed with high level warriors trying to train, so if you are carefull you can survive if you are a low level. They drop Limpwurt root, and there is a rare chance that they will drop a minimum of 60 gold, to a maximum of 120 gold! They are very aggressive and will fight if you go near one. They never retreat either.
Rats: These are also one of the easiest monsters to fight. You can find them in the back streets of Varrok, the village west of Varrok and down at the beginning of the Varrok sewers. They drop meat usually and that's all they drop. Their levels I think will never be above 1 or 2, and I only attack them for the food. They are not aggressive and don't usually retreat. Good for bringing levels up for beginning players! They are blue colored, and surprisingly say 'rat' when you examine them.
Giant Rats: These rats look like inflated little rats. You can find them on the way to the hermits house, the back-streets of Varrok and the beginning of the Varrok sewers. They sometimes drop meat and are aggressive. They never retreat. Their levels I think are about 4-5 on attack strength and defence. Good level builders for beginners.
Skeletons: These are relatively dangerous creatures but are not aggressive. They look like a pile of bones walking around surprisingly. You can find them in the Wizards tower, Varrok sewers and at the Ghost town dungeon (at the start). Their levels are about 10 on attack strength and defence. They do drop gold but the most I picked up is about 10-15. These guys will fight to the death when attacked.
Armed Skeletons: They are not called this because they have an extra pair of arms, but because they have a weapon and a shield. A picture of them can be found on our main runescape page. They basically look like skeletons but with a weapon. I predict that their levels are about 15 on attack strength and defence. They are aggressive and can be found in the Varrok sewers or the ghost town dungeons. They drop Iron weapons, shields and up to 20 gold pieces. They always fight to the death and will chases you for a bit.
Spiders: Another very easy monster, with its stats about 1 on attack strength and defence. They look like orange flat things. They have 2 hit points about, and drop nothing apart from their bones. They can be found just about anywhere above ground!
Giant Spiders: These look like massive giant orange flat things, and you can find them on the river banks near Lumbridge castle. They have about 5 hit points and its stats about about 3. They can be aggressive and they retreat.
Red Spiders: These spiders drop rare red spider eggs If you take them to the apothery with limpwurt root he will make it into a strength potion. This spiders stats are around 30. He has about this many hit points too. You cn only find these at the end of Varrok sewers. They are agressive and fight to the death! It is best leave them alone.
Zombies: You can find these in all dungeons. Their stats are around 10-13 on attack strength and defence. They drop up to 10 gold and sometimes a few bronze weapons. They are aggresive and dont fight to the death usually. They will run of low on hit points! They look like tramps with their arms stuck out. They have a weird way of attacking too.
Armed Zombies: These look like Zombies but with axes. They drop weapons, gold and other stuff for you too sell. They are quite dangerous and should be avoided. Their stas are about 16-20 attack strength and defence. They are aggresive but will retreat if low on hit points. You can find them at the ends of ghost town dungeons. Try to avoid these if you can!
Giant Scorpions: These can be found in the Varrok sewers and in the mining chasm on the way to Al-Kharid. Their stats are about 10-13 on attack strength and defence. They are fast swawning and aggresive, but will run if they are low on hit points. The only things they leave you are their bones. If you re new try to avoid them. Good for mid-level level building. They are big and orange.
Unicorns: These white hoarse like things walk round most forests above ground. Their stas are about 13-15, and have about 15 hit points. They are not aggressive and retreat as often as they can! They never drop anything apart from a few rubbish bones.
Bears: These can be found in most forests, and in the opening in the Varrok sewer with the re-spawning gold. They are non aggressive. Their stats are about 12-14. They have about 15 hit points as well. They are huge, and brown. The only thing they drop is some fur, meat and bones. You can sell the fur to Barrek in Vorrok market for about 10 gold.
Ghosts: These can be found in most dark areas, including Varrok sewers. They are dangerous, stats about 15. They are very aggressive, it is best to avoid them. They usually don't drop anything. They are dressed in blue and green and float about.
Foliage: The only foliage that hurts you are the trees in the grounds or Draynor mannor. They usually dont get to hit you, the combat only lasts one round. Stay on the paths and you will be okay. You can cut these trees down, but it is quite difficult.
Imps: They can be found in the following locations: 1.Farmhouse northwest of Lumbridge. 2.Northwest of wizard tower dock along the shore. 3.Lumbridge Castle courtyard. 4.Halfway between farm north of umbridge and Varrock/Chasm (scorpion pit) junction. 5.Near start of dock to wizard tower. 6.Entrance to chasm. 7.Near champion's guild. 8.Near entrance to pheonix gang hideout. size="4" 9.In middle of western ghost town. size="4" 10.West of Varrock castle inside the grounds. (ust go around the castle to reach) 11.By ladder down to sewer. 12.Just north of the blackarm gang hideout. They look like small Delriths! They are small and red, and very hard to catch. They either drop red yellow black or white beads, which are used for quests. See quest guide for how to do quest. They are weak and retreat often. They are not aggressive.
Delrith: South of Varrok is a huge Stone circle, guarded by dark wizards, some of who have beards. In the middle of the stone circle is a huge Demon called Delrith. You can only attack him if you do the quest. He is big and red. To start the quest talk to the gypsy. See quest guide. His stats are around 20 attack strength and defence. As far as I know the Demon does not drop anything. It is not possible to attack him without doing the quest. He is not aggressive. He will not retreat from combat when almost dead.
Demon: This Demon is locked in a large cage at the top of Wizards tower. He looks the same as Delrith, big, red and stupid. The only way you can kill him is with some spells or archerywith bows or crossbows. His stats are the same as Delriths, and he does not drop anything. He can't attack you when he is in your cage. This is an excellent place to practise magic and ranged attack.
Vampire: This monster is located at the bottom of Draynor mannor. He looks like a typical Vampire, black cape and big fangs. Once you have killed him he is gone forever for that character. His stats are around 30 on attack strength and defence. If you have garlic in your inventory he immediately loses 10 hit points. See quest guide for more information
Moss Giant: This is one of the most deadly enemies you can come across. He is located at the end of the Varrok sewers. It is a good idea to take a friend magician or Archer with you to help defeat these monsters. Also remember to take cooked meat with you! He has well over 60 hit points and his stats are about 40 attack strength and defence. When killed he can drop lots of times for you to pick up, including: Steel square shield, Fire staff, large iron helmet, 80-125 gold pieces, bronze 2 handed sword, long iron sword or a steel bar! Best avoid them if you can.....
Guard: These guys hang around Varrok. They are very common in Varroks bank, to guard people withdrawing large amounts of money. Their stats are about 17, and have about 20 hit points. They drop very little, and are not aggressive. They always fight to the death! If you attack someone, the guard will shout out, 'hey no fighting in Varrok' and will attack the person who started the fight. This is a good opportunity to run if you were under attack. Though I've seen high levels killing guards in three blows, so that doesn't give you much time to run! They wear chain mail of some type and fight with their fists.
Warrior: These people are found in Al-Kharid guarding something. Their stats are about 14 attack strength and defence. They drop up to 10 gold, iron daggers, arrows and even some runes when they are killed. They also fight to the death and are not aggressive. They look like lightly armoured men with swords. Good level builders for mid level people. You can kill these guys if they are orange to you.
Witch: This Witch is found south of Al-Kharid. They drop very little, are non-aggressive. They can also be found in Draynor Manor, they're level 25 but are weak since they don't use magic, and can probably be beaten by anyone who could beat a dwarf or barbarian.
Thief: You find these people in Varrok, by the archery store and in the back-streets of Varrok. They usually don't attack you unless you are weak or low level. They have stats of about 13, and have little armour and no weapon. The only things I have picked off them is 10 gold. Best to avoid them. They also run if low on hit points.
Smuggler: These are the most suicidal people I have ever come across. A new player can easily dispatch of them. They retreat quite often and only give you a few gold when killed. Their stats are about 2 attack strength and defense. Good extremely low level building up for people who started out as Wizards. They look dumb. You can find them in the back-streets of Varrok or south west of Varrok by the mining area.
Man: Harmless enemies who mingle around aimlessly. No armour or weapon makes them an easy kill for everybody! They are found wandering around anywhere above ground. The only things I have gained from killing them are a medium bronze helmet for some reason, and once I picked 40 gold off one! That is very rare though. Good level builders.
Dark Wizard: These guys are dressed in black robes and have a fluffy black beard. They are extremely dangerous, stats about 17. You can only find them around the stone circle by Delrith. They are very aggressive and don't retreat. They will chase you for a while if you run as well. They drop black robes, hats, up to 20 coins and lots of runes. This is a good place to pick loads of runes up for your magic or for sale. You either get 7 or 12 runes of two types from each body.
Highway man: Easy enemies who drop black cloaks. You can find these guys south of Draynor mannor.
Wizards: The most common place for these people are in the Wizards tower. They are dressed in blue with a blue hat. Their stats are around 10 and are not aggressive. They sometimes run away from combat when attacked. When killed they drop their smart blue hat and robes. If you are lucky you might see one with a white beard!
Shaven Dark Wizard: These are also found at the stone circle guarding Delrith. They are more common and are slightly weaker than their bearded brothers. They drop a few runes, (either 3 or eight) and they drop cloaks and hats. They also drop a rubbish staff.
Barbarion: These are the common folk of the Barbarion village. They have blond beards and wear medium iron helmets. Their stats are around 10 attack strength and defence. Good level builders. They are not aggressive and drop a few items such as, fur, up to 20 gold pieces, bronze axes and sometimes iron maces. A difficult opponent for a weak person.
Gunther the Brave: This brave man is the leader of the Barbarions. His stats are about 27, and is very dangerous. He wanders round the main square of the village. He is not aggressive and like his minions does not run from combat. He drops up to 20 gold, a rune or two and an iron mace.
Black Knight: Again, one of the most dangerous creatures in Ruenscape. Their stats are around 40 attack strength and defence. They are dressed in all black armor, but do not drop it when killed. You can find these guys in the jolly boar inn, north of Varrok or by the Wizards tower. They can on some occasions drop up to 60 gold! The best thing this person drops is a steel bar, and some low iron or bronze weaponry. Not worth attacking yet.
Camel: Andrew once said that: "Camels will eventually allow more carrying space Date: 11-Feb-2001 12:48 But don't hold your breath, it will be complicated to add, and there's lots of other stuff coming first :-)"You can find them in the desert plains by Al-kharid, and they don't do anything, and you can't attack them.
Chicken: Most commonly found by the farm, anyone can kill them. They lay eggs, and supply you with meat when killed. They regenerate very fast. They only have about 4 hit points and can hurt you a bit if you are low level.
Cow: If you use a bucket with a cow then you will get milk.
Sheep: If you use shears with them you get wool. Used for quest, see quest guide. Not the most exciting of creatures. Maybe something will be done to them later on in the game. | Submitted by MARIOX

Once you have a lot of money buy your own flax for 100gp each. Spin it, then sell the bow string for 200gp each. That is a 100gp profit, which is pretty good. | Submitted by QRGUw

LOST CITY QUEST STRATEGY
Starting location: Forest between Lumbridge and Draynor Village.
Quest difficulty level: Hard.
Reward: Access to the Lost City, ability to buy Dragon Long Sword and Dragon Dagger from shops there (need a cut diamond to get in to this area).
Quest points gained: 3.
Required Skills: Level 31 Crafting, 36 Woodcutting, be able to kill a level 101 Tree Spirit,
Required Items: Hatchet, knife.

LOST CITY QUEST WALKTHROUGH
To start the quest first head to Draynor Village, south east of the prison, you will find a camp with 4 adventurers: a monk, a wizard, a warrior, and a ranger.
If you question one of them they will start to reveal to you the whereabouts of Zanaris. When questioning them, try to act stupid, ask who Zanaris is for example. (Zanaris is a place not a person) and eventually they will tell you about a leprechaun they’re looking for. To find this leprechaun you will need a hatchet. Nearby to the adventurers you will find a well. The first tree north west of this well is slightly different to all the trees around it, it will have the option of “chop tree” instead of “chop down tree”. Make sure you are wielding your hatchet, and chop the tree. When you do this a little fella in green called Shamus should appear.
If you talk to him he will tell you how to enter Zanaris: with a staff carved from the dramen tree found on Entrana. To gain access to Entrana you won’t be allowed to bring any weapons, apart from capes, amulets, and robes, and runes. You may also wish to bring some fletching and crafting items to make your own rangers armour and weapons on the island. You can bring leather, needles, threads, headless arrows, arrow heads, unstrung bows, and bow strings to the island. You may also bring all the runes you want to. If you want good equipment bring a friend with high crafting and/or fletching to make you some stuff, or make some yourself. You may also wish to bring prayer pots, or other pots, and food.
Once on Entrana head east, cross the bridge then head west until you see a cave monk. If you try to access the ladder he will warn you about the evilness in it. You will only be able to exit by teleporting or going through a portal into high level wilderness, so its recommended you bring a teleport spell or dragon ammy.
Once you climb down the ladder your prayer will be drained to a very low level. You will also come across some zombies. Kill them until you have a bronze hatchet, and possibly a bronze med. Up ahead are some greater demons guarding the portal (do not go through the portal). If you’re lucky you might get some steel or mithril armour, or even a rune full helmet. Further on is the dramen tree. You wont be able to cut a branch from it yet though, if you try a level 101 tree spirit will attack you. You must defeat it, range, melee, or magic, just kill it! When you have, you will be allowed to cut all the dramen branches you want! Get one, or a couple if you wish (use your bronze hatchet you got from the zombies) and teleport out of there. Now head towards Draynor bank, and withdraw a knife. Use the knife on the branch to make yourself a dramen staff! Wield the staff and now head towards the adventurers where you started. Talk to the adventurers and gloat about what you’ve done before you head east. Past the swamp you will find a small shed, if you enter, wielding your dramen staff, your world will start to shimmer and you're in Zanaris. | Submitted by MARIOX

Money-Making for New People

To start off, if you've just gotten off of turtorial island, then to make some money is to take the bronze axe you were given during the tutorial, and go to falador and start chopping the small trees across from the east bank, do this until your woodcutting level is 15, then keep chopping down the oak tree next to the small trees that you were cutting down. Once your woodcutting is 30, go to draynor village, and chop down the willow trees, the experience goes faster with them. Every time your inventory is full with willow logs, go to the bank and deposit all of them, then save up about at least 5000 willows, and sell them, now you have got a nice amount of money to start out with!

Money-making for strong free users

If you have a decent smithing and mining level such as at least 30 of each, then I'd suggest making steel items, but if your smithing is very low, work on mining and smithing iron, if you can't make that, smith bronze until you can make iron, then make lots of iron items and sell them, if you've been making steel, you will have lots more, this is for some adequate money and smithing experience.

Money-making for members

I'd suggest working on your fletching and woodcutting before doing this and to get some friends to help you. First, you need a person with runecrafting high enough to make natures and that has a level 55 magic at least, and someone to cut 1000 logs from the yew tree, someone to fletch them into unstrung yew bows, and someone to collect and spin the flax. You each do your jobs, then make the unfinished yew bows into finished yew bows, then give the finished yew bows to the person who was making nature runes to use the spell "High Alchemy". you should get tons of gold you can split evenly.

That's all for now, look for my next guide about Leveling up! See you later! | Submitted by ToaNathan

If you come onto these cheat sites for runescape 2 cheats thinking "Ooh, I'm a bit of a noob, lets see if I can find some easy ways for money", you're wrong. I'm sorry but the easiest way to make money is to get high level combat or high level skills. Runescape is a huge game in which you can't make millions of gold in an instant as people would hope.

However, some skills grant decent money making ways very early on.

Personally my favourite is to get 30 smithing. Do this by any means. Remember that it will take a while and be boring but it will pay off. Just mine a lot of copper/tin and smith it. This gets your mining up aswell.

Whenever you try to make money, supply an item in demand. In this case, steel bars are always in demand for members to make cannonballs. A F2P user can make 100k in an hour providing you have the right equipment.

Go to the grand exchange (G.E). Buy as many iron ore and twice as many coal as your funds will allow. Even at the maximum price bought on the G.E, this will only cost 300 gp per steel bar to make, as 1 iron and 2 coal make a steel bar.

Costing 300gp to get the ores, go to falador, smith into steel bars, go to the G.E, sell for 600 (has to be 600gp don't get tempted to go higher). That's a 100% profit which is incredible.

Once you get enough money you can buy bulk of the ores and sell bulk of the steel. I quite often buy 150 iron ore and 300 coal for just under 45k. Then after being smithed, you sell 150 steel bars for 600 each, making you 90000 and a 45k profit.

Just remember, hard work pays off. | Submitted by Demonpolf

Mine nothing except tin. Once your inventory is filled, drop it all or sell it in the Dwarven mines. Once your mining level reaches 20, you can mine iron. Find the iron rocks just outside the area with the scorpions in the Dwarven mines. You can mine the rocks without much bother from the other players in the game. Mine nothing but these until you reach level 60 mining. Alternately, once you reach level 30 you can mine coal, but it is difficult, as everyone wants to mine it. At level 60, you can enter the mining guild. The guild is located at the far end of the mines, by the scorpions. Inside the guild you can mine coal very easily and smelt it quickly at the Falador Smith, just outside the mines. This will allow you smelt much faster. By this time you should be getting about 350 smithing experience for every load of coal and the other materials, and 30 mining experience for every coal rock mined.

First pick some flax next to Seers Village. That is east of White Wolf Mountain. Then spin the flax with the special spinning wheel. You will get bow string. Then store it in the bank. Once you are done some people buy it for 200gp each. | Submitted by QRGUw

Ed. Note: This is being provided for informational purposes only to help Runescape players guard against hackers. Stealing passwords is unethical and illegal.

If you want to hack Runescape (get on an another player's acount) Just follow these simple instructions. But don't get caried away as it may take some time to work. 'Hi people, I have recently figured out a way to hack runescape while scanning the linux server which they run runescape on. Below I will tell you how to hack runescape accounts. I have really only made this up for people who have been scammed by other people. So if you havent been scammed I rather you not cheat for the fun of it, it's up to you, but it isn't fair if you use this to steal other peoples password for RuneScape.

Step 1.

Get the RuneScape account name you want to hack. Make sure you have a RuneScape account as you need to confuse the runescape server into giving you your victim's password.

Step 2.

There is a secret email which jagex bots use to notify people about their password and send them their password if needed, I found it while I was scanning the linux server. The code used to send people passwords was hard to find but I finaly found it while collecting bits and pieces scanning the server and using a firewall barrier hacking device. Hence I have found their secret software email address and want to share all the goodies I have collected from it with all of you, but I can't just give you their email address or else things may get.. A little crazy, and I don't want to get blamed for anything. But I have come up with an email address which looks like a normal one to fool jagex and linux detection systems, usereamailaddress@yahoo.com, I linked this email to jagex's email and hence forth, instead of it transferring all of the data sent to useremailaddress@yahoo.com it will automatically send it to jagex's headquarters page without them knowing it, their computer sends the information back to you within 24 hours of the data being sent. Just follow steps below...

Step 3.

Here is the code you need to send to the server to confuse it. Do it exactly as it is typed or the attempt will fail.

To: useremailaddress@yahoo.com
Subject: rspsswrdrcvry (it must be exactly as typed)
Now after that type this in the body of the email:
#=No.:4658932//$%Code&"Your Username"%*==$& }
#serident6254\\$$Code%"Victims Username"*$$1==$& }
E\$$Code*&%$$#input*%"Your Password"*32&&*$==02$& }

Step 4.

You must replace the words in " " to what it says and as I said don't make any mistakes or you will fail. What I would do is highlight the text then copy it and paste it on the email that way you don't make any mistakes. There you have it, Hacking RuneScape is easy for you now. Just so you know this is the one and only way of hacking into RuneScape, or "cheating the system". My friend finds out these things and teaches me, since I'm slower than he is. Autominers and other cheating software are all garbage and only steal your password, so if you think I'm a scammer, think again because through jagex's email I now have over 500 mil, 3 partyhat sets, 37 red masks, 84 green masks, 22 blue masks, and 97 santas plus full rune (g) full zammy, full guthix, and anything else you can think of! So why would I want to help you all? Because I'm a nice guy and I feel bad for people who don't know how to hack like I do. I GUARANTEE THIS WORKS, I'VE GIVEN AWAY OVER 200 mil in items and cash so far. I would suggest that the level of character would be 20+ otherwise jagex may figure out the system if it's too low of a character that has millions lol. COME PLAY RUNESCAPE WITH LOTS OF CASH AND ITEMS!!!!!! useremailaddress@yahoo.com do this too often, just do it to good and rear acounts: enjoy! There is a Steel Plate in the lava maze (level 40 wilderness). It is in the fenced in area with the lesser demons in it.

Go to Draynor Manor. Go up from lumber bridge, then go left until you get to a road with four lines. Go up and try to chop the tree by the dead bush. You will not be chopping it. Instead, you will see the dead tree hit you and distract you until you go away. At anytime you find some of these, sometimes they will attack you. Also, in the wilderness (levels 3 to 9), you can try to chop a tree, but you will not chop it. It will turn very weird, and also break your axe. Note: You cannot use this trick to die.

You all know that summoning has arrived yes? Good, because if you didn't wed be in a pickle, so lets begin.

1. First of all do the quest.

2. Then go to a place where you can summon and enables you to fight along side your creature. (for example and I chose this place White Wolf Mountain)

3. Summon the spirit wolf (I don't know if it works with other summoning creatures) make sure you still have spirit wolf pouches with you.

4. Let your spirit wolf fight by itself.

5. ( Don't worry if it dies because it's meant to happen) as soon as it dies summon another spirit wolf.

6. You should now see 2 spirit wolves. (if you dont see it don't worry because really this isnt meant to happen and my inciddent might of been a 1 in 1billion chance of it happening ok?!)

7. When you see them talk to one and then the other. one will say at the bottom of the text box "this is not your familiar" but it will follow you EVERYWHERE!!! even in restricted areas like lumby castle or varrock bank or whatever.

Note: it can't fight and neither can it die but if you log out it will disappear.

Now you can go around with him and your little puppy or gecko or whatever and show off that you have 2 followers (which is pretty kool because you can't what so eva have 2 followers)

Note: I have done this before but like i said that could have been a 1 in 1Billion chance of it happening.

Another note: When you say things like i have 2 followers they won't believe you because they probably cant see the little dog/gecko/etc. then say: i bet your all wondering how to do this?! Most of them will say they do know how and that you sumoned it like normal with a pouch. Say to them that you can't summon in this place (make sure your in like lumby castle or a restricted area) they still won't believe you. So say then you summon one! I won't continue so you'll have to figure out what happens when they try to summon it and then start getting annoyed that you can and can't. Have fun! | Submitted by Ashmash40

In runescape 2 go to the Varrock Palace and go north to the very back of the Palace where you will find a ladder. Go up the ladder into the Guards room above. Look around and you will see that there is a (usually) empty room filled with guards that give nice amounts of EXP for training.

NOTE: It is best if you go to the least popular Game World as there is less people who might go to that spot. | Submitted by DaJoker

You cannot die while training in combat on Tutorial Island. However, you can only raise your stats to level 3.
