Liberate regions each time that the opportunity arises. You must have at least one region in Portugal or France (which cannot be liberated). Put high taxes in place. After a few turns, a revolution will start in Gibraltar, and Spain will take over. Then, drop back down to a normal tax level for the remainder of the campaign.
In multi-player mode, eliminate all other factions before wiping out your opponent.
When playing in multi-player mode, wipe out all other factions before taking out your opponent. Play the Peninsular campaign as France. Have a friend play as Great Britain Take all regions before you get your opponent's capital. Your friend can help by taking all the AI's cities. Then, just destroy him.
Start a European campaign as Great Britain under the easy difficulty setting. You will have a naval convoy off the Spanish coast. Complete the turn. An enemy Dutch convoy will appear off the Coroņa region. Save the game, then win the battle. Load the saved game file, then repeat the process as many times as desired.

Kills are accrued during battles that are manually fought. Kills made when auto resolving will not qualify.
Play the Peninsular campaign in order to limit the amount of enemies that must be managed and to already have a favorable number of regions under your control with a garrison of soldiers in each city. Additionally, select the easy difficuly setting. Progress through the campaign as normal. Keep a garrison in each city and lower the taxes to the maximum amount or cut it altogether. After several turns, some regions will begin to be Pro-French. Focus on those areas one while getting profits from the others.
