There are a total of 8 Letters that you need to find to spell out FORTNITE for the "Search F-O-R-T-N-I-T-E Letters" challenge in Season 4 Week 1. The letters can be picked up in any order, if you pick up an F for example, the next one you get, regardless of where it is, will be an O. You can get as many as you like in each game, but do note, that you need to either win/lose the game in order for it to count. You can't just quit.

Cut down anything blocking your line of sight
Sometimes the procedurally generated levels will procedurally generate junk that blocks your view of the incoming hordes. Before starting the assault stage, clear your sightlines, taking down trees, boulders, and whatever else is blocking your vision. Most husks spawn far away and pistols are extremely accurate, making it easy to pick off enemies before they even get close. At the very least, it's helpful to chip away at their health and let traps finish them off if you're too busy trying to figure out how to make a staircase.
Nuts n' bolts are a common resource. You typically find them when breaking open metallic objects. There are lots of metal objects you can break for nuts n' bolts, like cars, refrigerators, arcade machines, playground equipment, small metal cans (always on the far edges of the map). All of these metal objects will normally give you nuts n' bolts. The metal cans will always drop nuts n' bolts, but there is only a high chance with the rest. Metallic objects are also limited. To get nuts n' bolts more quickly and easily, unlock Map 2: Plankerton. Get the "Repair The Shelter" quest. Uncover areas of the map to reveal yellow dots. The yellow dots are cache locations. Loot them to get 75+ nuts n' bolts per cache. The more area you uncover on the map, the more caches you can collect for easy nuts n' bolts.
Evolving a hero unlocks extra passive and active skills. One star abilities can be unlocked by leveling from 1-10, but you must evolve to unlock two star and level 11-20 abilities. Before you begin to evolve heros, you must put 30 skill points into the tier 1 skill tree to unlock the two star class evolution skill node. This allows you to evolve a hero of that class only; you must earn enough skill points to unlock another two star class evolution skill node. Thus, it is recommended that you are sure you want to play a particular hero before investing your points into unlocking their evolution. You need to invest skill points in a class skill line before you can unlock its evolution. After unlocking the two star class evolution, you also must meet the following requirements:
Hero level: You need to invest 10 levels into the hero that you want to level up. Each level will progressively take more XP to level up.
Hero XP: In addition to the XP you need to level from 1 to 10, you need an additional amount of XP to evolve a hero. Retiring a hero you no longer want to use will return a large amount of invested XP to you -- so if you are short on XP, consider retiring a hero you no longer wish to use.
Evolution crafting material: Each star tier requires a different crafting material. Two star evolutions require Pure Drops Of Rain, three star evolutions require Lightning In A Bottle, etc. Evolution crafting materials can be earned by completing quests, missions, retiring a hero, and inside of certain loot llamas.
Training manual: Can be acquired by completing quests, as mission rewards, or by retiring survivors and heroes.
The hero evolution screen displays all of the requirements, as well as any stats you will gain. After selecting evolve, your hero's star level will increase and you can begin working towards the next level of evolution.
If you are from one of those who doesn't bother about the Daily Quest then, keep this in your mind that, completing Daily Quest will get you V-bucks and they are not that hard to complete. As you move ahead in the quest the mission it will change every time, but there will be a slight increase or fall in the difficulty level.
Learn the art of head shots. You will need to become an Expert sniper to keep husks from getting to your Homebase.
Should you run out of ammo for the gun you're using, switch to another Weapon that uses a different ype of ammo. If you switch to another weapon that uses the same type of ammo, you will, obviously, have none to load your new gun with.
If you run out of ammo as a whole, switch to a melee Weapon that doesn't use it.
Some husks will actually carry a propane tank. If they do, shoot at it to cause an explosive attack. This could kill an entire group of husks at once.
Always make sure to cap your buildings with a brick ceiling. This will prevent explosive from reaching the Atlas.
Always keep a couple of extra traps in your inventory, just in case you need to set them.
Always place a healing pad your Homebase. This will allow teammates to heal without taking any further damage from things in the outside world.
Always place extra slanted walls inside of your Homebase. This will give the structure an extra layer of defense.
When on a Mission, always stay on high ground and use your Map to track where any and all husks are coming from. Also make sure to keep a lookout for any husks that have strayed from the packed and are coming from unexpected directions.
For Metal, Nuts and Bolts go in suburbs, it is easy to collect by breaking the cars and other metal items like a washing machine or a grill, etc. While in woods you will have to look for a cave to collect metal or tracks, machines, etc. And if you are in no mood to explore then try doing the expedition mission. You can get large amount of supply in it. So in this way you can gather items first and then craft ammos from it. There is also some second delay while crafting so keep a watch, doing this in a crowded enemy area can be lethal.
Go to the game's The Forest - Stonewood tab to Fight The Storm, then select Play With Others, then finetune it to where you're searching for games with power level 1 to 3. This should get you in a Storm Shield defense game. If it's something else, just back out of the game and try again.
Tip: Before you load, look at the players actual power levels. You want to look for a power level 3 or 5. These are the average powers people are at when they do ssd 1 and 2, which gets you in a Storm Shield defense game. If there are 2 or more people with power level 3 it's probably the first Atlas. Multiple power level 4's or 5's and it's probably Ride The Lighting.
After the match is done and you've helped a new player out in their first Storm Shield defense game, you'll receive 2 Mini Reward Llama's. Claim your Mini Reward Llama's to gain 60 up to 100 or 200 Seasonal Gold per match!
Note: On top of all that Gold you get lots of Hero XP for completing each Storm Shield defense match.
Llama, Fox and a Crab Location
Visit a Llama, Fox and a Crab Location Guide (Season 3 Week 1 Challenge). In the week 1 Battle Pass Challenges in Fortnite Battle Royale (Fortnite BR), once of the challenges requires you to "Visit a Llama, Fox and a Crab". You can find these on the edges of the map, and they are large structures that you just need to land on.
As important as resources are, the best way to get ahead is to find rare items. These are found by scavenging the environment, especially when you get lucky and find a special container. Inside can be a variety of useful items, including weapons. Always be on the lookout for these.
Tip 1: You will need to scavenge the map in-order to keep your bag full with Wood, Stone, and Metal. As these are going to be very handy for you in the future to build walls, floors, and stairs.
Tip 2: The max you can keep in your bag-pack is 999 for each Wood, Stone, and Metal.
Tip 3: Keep hitting the huge rocks to collect the Bricks and rocks. Also target huge trees to collect wood and other wooden items.
Tip 4: To collect metal in the suburbs break the cars and other metal things that are available, right from the grill to trash bin.
Tip 5: While near the small bushes and trees you can long press E and examine the object to collect stuff like rope, flowers, food and sometimes even Bullets.
Tip 6: While if you are playing in the forest map then hunt for metal is bit tough, here you will have to find some cave in-order to collect metal, and who knows you might even get some other collectibles also.
