Underneath the staircase when you see a lock on a door when that has a psychic link behind the door break the lock. Head down until you see shotguns and then crouch and go underneath the staircase and you should see it.
Next to a crate at the place where u destroy the 3rd memory (the toy gun) it should be there or inside where the first memory is (the little red pale) if not there then outside of there.
