This is a totally awesome idea. When you computer has loaded up, don't click on The Cahmpionship Manager Icon yet. Click Start, Go to Run and type in:

C:\Program Files\Eidos\CM 03-04\Data

Once you've done this open the file named "db" Now, if there is a file named "Backup" Ignore it for now, but for all the other files in that folder, Right click them, then scroll down to Properties, next click the box that says Read only.

*WARNING"
ONLY DO THIS TO THE FILES IN THE "db" FOLDER, NOT ON THE ACTUAL FOLDER OR ANY OTHER FOLDERS AS IT COULD MESS UP YOUR GAME (( Guess how i found that out, lol ))

Next scroll up to Championship Manager 03-04 in the Start menu and select Editor. When that loads up select File and select Load Data.. or something like that, you'll know what i'm talking about when you see it. With that you could now improve player stats, or even put a player Like say, Thierry Henry on a Team Like Leigh RMI, Piece of Cake. | Submitted by CrisNelson
