In the create-a-character room, you can make yourself headless. You need to do this with two people. First, create the desired character then stand on the podium. Have the second player kill your character while on the podium. Once you are dead, have player two quickly go onto his or her podium. Exit the create-a-character room, and you should be your character, but headless.
