The best strategy for positioning your heroes before battle is to place the support class (healers) at the back, ranged in the middle and melee (knights) at the front.
Projectiles and Collecting Treasure
Always tap projectiles so heroes avoid taking damage and tap every treasure chest and sack that you come across. Also make a point of collecting any loot that enemies drop onto the play area.
Click the book on the left side of the screen to find a list of objectives that you can complete to earn Experience and money which you will need to progress in the game.
All heroes have their own special attack which can only be used once per battle, so use it wisely.
