Easy "?lose Shave" achievement
Battle earlier monsters without wielding a weapon or healing.
Easy "Artificial Intelligence" achievement
After finding a computer in a room. Use it to find a file. Select the file to open it, and the computer will begin asking questions. You can respond with "Y" for yes or "N" for no then pressing "Enter". Use any response until the questions end.
Easy "Assistant" achievement
Save all the required healing items. When in need of healing, return to your apartment and craft the medium medkit. Note: This can be done over multiple playthroughs.
Easy "Bad Neighborhood" achievement
Obtain a stick, a nail, barbed wire, and scrap metal to upgrade your door to the maximum level.
Easy "Bellissimo!" achievement
Obtain a stick, two bricks, wire, a nail and a battery. Use them to completely upgrade your kitchen, then craft a food item.
Easy "Cleaning Service" achievement
Craft the mop early and use it to defeat ten enemies in a row under the easy difficulty setting. Do not change your weapon.
Easy "Indigestion" achievement
During normal progression you will find expired food. Eat one to get food poisoning.
Easy "Intruder" achievement
Various blue keycards can be found. They are used instead of keys to enter certain rooms. Have a keycard available and use it when required to open a door. The keycards can also be crafted.
Easy "I've Seen Everything!" achievement
This can be difficult, depending on the number of locked doors that appear. Stocked up on food and craft a useful weapon early to be able to explore faster. With luck, you will have a small amount of locked doors and enough keys. Also, after completing the game you will have access to a perk that allows you to unlock doors without a key. However, it can only be used once every 100 turns. Note: You do not have to kill the monsters in the rooms for them to qualify as explored.
Easy "Jet Lee" achievement
This requires some luck. Your stats such as Dexterity do not seem to matter.
Easy "Last Whisper" achievement
You will eventually find a man hanging from a noose from the ceiling. Select him to get a close-up view. Select him again to make him drop. Select him once more to remove whatever item he may have with him when he falls to the floor.
Easy "Legendary Hero" achievement
Find the vibrating cell phone to get a text message from someone named "Witness". Each text message will give a floor location. Check each room on the indicated floors. "Legendary Hero" will be earned after reaching the final location.
Easy "Mutual Benefit" achievement
After encountering the old man sitting on a chair in a room, talk to him. He will want to barter something different each time he is found.
Easy "Oblivion" achievement
Go to the first floor and find the computer on the left-hand side. Use the computer to access a text document. Open the document and enter "mr.wgmthoot" as a password. A large amount of text will appear. Afterwards, exit the computer and leave the building.
Easy "Office Routine" achievement
Find the room with a computer that is not on the bottom floor. Select the computer and then the recycling bin icon. A document will appear on the computer's desktop. Select the document, and then choose "Print".
Easy "Outta My Way!" achievement
The Parasite rarely appears after killing an enemy. It resembles a pink slug. Consider using the perk that allows you to one hit kill an enemy to find it faster.
Easy "Panacea" achievement
Craft an antidote as early as possible. There will be a chance that monsters will vomit on you and result in a poisoning. The poison will drop your health by 1 point each turn. Monsters that have bloated abdomens and skinny arms or legs are more likely to poison you.
Easy "Papa Will be Proud!" achievement
Obtain scrap metal, a piece of wood, a nail, wire, a gear, and a generator to upgrade your Workbench to the maximum level.
Easy "Praise the Sun!" achievement
Save all of your crafting materials after creating a very good weapon. Use them to upgrade the elevator panels that you fubd, If you do not have any materials, keep trying to fix them without resources or return later after they are obtained.
Easy "Scavenger" achievement
A bird will collide into a window inside one of the rooms. This is indicated by the sound of a window breaking when you enter a room. Pick up the object from the floor.
Easy "Secret Files" achievement
Notes can randomly be found as you progress. You will get different notes in a random order during each playthrough. You cannot collect all the notes in one playthrough. There are a total of 52 notes that must be found.
Easy "Security Guard" achievement
Enter the room with a very large desk and multiple screens. Select the desk to view a close-up of the screens. Exit this screen to earn "Security Guard".
Easy "Sleepyhead" achievement
Obtain a piece of wood, tape, two rags, two wires, and a nail to upgrade your bed to the maximum level.
Easy "Socialization" achievement
When you find a phone on the ground, select it to read the text message. They will vibrate loudly, making them easy to find. Enter all the rooms and follow the instructions contained in the text messages.
Easy "Special Guest" achievement
Collect all four picture pieces in the same playthrough. You must interact with every item in all rooms to find all the picture fragments. After all are obtained, return to your apartment and craft the picture. Do not go for Oblivion if you get all of the picture fragments or that ending will appear instead.
Easy "Survival TV" achievement
There is only one television. When you enter its room, a light will blow out. Turn on the television when this happens.
Easy "Wait...How Do I Do That?" achievement
Get your Strength to at least 12 and have a moderate level crafted item, such as the Glaive.
Easy "Wonderful Mechanic" achievement
Note: This will cause your Hunger meter to rapidly decrease. Do not have any crafting materials. Progress until you reach find an elevator panel. Keep attempting to fix it until you succeed.
Easy "Wrestler" achievement
Start a new game under the easy difficulty setting. The first monster will appear near the 98th floor. Kill it with no weapons equipped.
