If enemies raise their right claw (your left), that means they're going to strike to the right - dodge left and then slash while they're vulnerable. However some enemies will have deceiving attack movement. It’s best to block their attack than dodging it (you’ll get better at dodging them as you progress at the game). Enemies can still attack while you're slashing away. A few swipes should suffice before you return to dodging incoming moves. Gold monster: this monster is easy to defeat and will give you a lot of exp and bonus exp (25 slash). Suicide monster: small and easy to kill (only with bow). It gives a lot of gold. Tap every piece of scenery in the safe rooms: drawers and cupboards almost always contain more gold, which you can use to upgrade your equipment. Always check every cabinet on every room, it usually contains gold. The same applied with fire extinguisher cabinet.
