You can convert 1,000 Shekels to 10 Evilness. When a level begins, immediately place a few Scream Generators, preferably in high locations to keep them operating as long as possible. Use Minions when you are getting overwhelmed. Replay previously completed levels to farm Doom-shekels to spend on trap upgrades and minions. Try placing acid-drip traps above ladders. Take note of windows that may be used by ladder-equipped invaders. Start creating your defenses from the princess and work your way until you cover all the paths in your castle. The closer the trap is to the princess, the more heroes it can affect. If you place traps at the very bottom of the castle it will simply be bypassed by heroes that enter through different doors. Manual traps will instantly kill heroes, but have no effect if it is missed. Pay attention on where heroes are before using them, because they must be activated with perfect timing.
