 Easy "Top Trump" achievement
Play level 5-2 and keep adding $200 rooms. It is acceptable if you lose. Drag the room slightly and it will place itself. Use this technique to place about twenty rooms in less than ten seconds. When you run out of money, pause game play and restart the level by selecting "Replay". The rooms you previously built will still qualify.
