Alphabear 2 Cheats

When there's no time limit imposed, it's time to get creative. After all, we're not quite as verbose as the in-game dictionary is. It has so many, many words - so many that you didn't know were words, and it will define them for your afterwards. Wonderful. Just throw consonants and vowels together, and see what comes out. For example, did you know "waid" can be used in the same way as "weighed?" I sure didn't, but Alphabear 2 did. And it gave me the points for it. Nice one, earning and learning. | Submitted by HRBEK

As you clear out tiles, bears will take their place, and they'll stretch out to be the largest possible rectangular bears they can be. The bigger your bears at the end of the stage, the more bonus points you'll earn. This means you should do your best to clear large sections of the stage for your bears to sprawl out on. Of course, leaving tiles, as we've mentioned, turns them to stone, thus hampering your progress and how big your bears can possibly get. | Submitted by HRBEK

Certain stages will impose a time limit, and this is where the stress can really start to pile on. Instead of mixing and matching tiles, trying to decide which words will create the biggest score, you kind of just have to move as quickly as possible. Focus on clearing the stones out from the centre of the board first, giving more space for bears. Don't worry about short words unless you've leaving a lot of stones behind, just clear out what you can immediately. | Submitted by HRBEK

You know what you need to win in Alphabear 2, right? That's right, you need to be verbose. Or at least have the ability to pretend you are. You need to clear out tiles in order to make room for your bears, and to do that you need to write words, Scrabble-style. Words as long, and scoring as highly as possible. Each turn that goes by, the tiles lose points, and when they're down to 0 points, they turn to stone, blocking the progress of your growing bears, and removing letters from your options. Get rid of tiles as early as possible for big scores and bears with long words. | Submitted by HRBEK
