• The Ensnaring Method For Knifing Hunters

There is a surprisingly simple method (which only applies to some Hunters) for killing Hunters with the Survival Knife. I call this method the Ensnaring Method, seeing as you are luring the Hunter into a trap (not a physical one). In a narrow hallway, lure the Hunter over to you by slashing the air. Take aim (upwards and in the direction of the Hunter) and when it leaps at you, quickly slash it (slash at it immediately after seeing it begin its leap). Once done, run behind the Hunter and slash it again and then run further away from it (but not very far) and then repeat this method. Unless you stay too close to it after it turns around or you lead it to a less narrow path, this method will be foolproof (and you are guaranteed to escape this duel without injury). I managed to slash both Hunters in the Upper Dining Hall (on Hard Mode) using this method. I would suggest for beginners though, that you kill one of the Hunters quickly with the Assault Shotgun (or any other weapon of your choice) and kill the other one with the Survival Knife. | Submitted by HRBEK
