Just in case you don't know what it is it is a badge that you don't put on. you have to go to hooktail's castle. when you walk in you just go straight into the next room. if not straight go into the room with spikes. after you get passed the spikes you need to get flurrie out. there is a spot in the wall where you need to blow. afteryou blow it you should find a up arrow badge. if you ask professer frankly he will tell you to ask someone to explain it to you. the person you should see is the guy right next door. the one with that weird ball. he will say that he has been looking for it. this badge does more upgrades. | Submitted by joe
