Use an RX-7 with level 3 hydraulics. Put the right side up all the way, but keep the left side down. Get the left side bouncing. Then, steer left the entire time. At first you need to get the speed in the turn up to 20 mph for about three seconds. When on two wheels, keep it at 15 mph to stay in a nice donut on two wheels.
