First you must beat the game unlock all performance parts and body parts(you get all the perfomace parts and body parts by beating the game). go to custimize and custimize the car nissan 240sx. put the front bumper, rear bumper side skirts as "snyper", put the spoiler "joker". Put the hood "sible". Then for the perfomance parts go on engine and instal package 1 then 2 then 3. Do the same for the Ecu, turbo and evry thing else.
