Develop the correct tapping rhythm. Tapping too fast or slow will cause you pet to fall over. Do not tap rapidly, even if your pet is teetering over. When your pet is leaning back, tap slower. If it is teetering forward, tap faster. Keep your pet slightly tilted forward is the best way to have your pet walk. When your pet begins to drift downward, use a quick tap to have it come back. When done correctly, your pet should now be in a neutral position. Consider using the sound of your pet's footsteps to develop the proper rhythm. Small blue bumps will appear in the road will begin appear around the five-step mark. They will change your pet's momentum, depending on where it is on the slope forcing you to adjust its movements.
