Use your arrows to shift your balance from front to back to change the way your bike accelerates, handles, and jumps. This can help avoid losing control. If you lean back too far, shift your weight forward to rebalance yourself.
Only accept a bet to beat another player's ghost run on tracks that you have practiced on and are familiar with. If you win, you will earn more coins. However, a loss will deduct coins from your total.
Do not spend coins on customizing your character. The different clothes and helmets for your character are only cosmetic and will not improve your performance. Instead, save your coins for upgrading your starting bike and saving for the next bike.

If you don't have a lot of coins use that which you have on upgrading your bike rather than on customizing your helmet and clothes. Bike upgrades will earn you extra money on the racing track, and then you'll be able to afford looking fly.
