Allowing your primary character to get too far will end the game. The fart bar indicates if your character is in critical condition. It fills gradually as you squat. Only squat for a of a short time as possible. Use shorter squats for the faster Frisbees and longer squats for the slow ones. Stand back up to drain the bar again.
