Do not go back to bed during day two. Go to the facility and the power will eventually go out. Go to the generator located to the right of the entrance to the apartments. The safe will open and you will get the other key card. Go to the ground floor and use the second elevator to reach the lower levels. Move all the way to the left and enter the freezer. You will find a dead frozen Buck. If he does not appear the first time, exit and re-enter the room.
