Early in Chapter seven you will come across a seagul at the far bottom left of the map that is perched on a sign above you. When you see the bird fly up and eat a goldfish go to his where the bird was perched on the sign and read the mind of the gold fish that is now inside the seaguls stomach. Note: This must be done before giving the seagull the tuna cake otherwise you will not be able to read the fish's mind.
