If Leo defeats Vincent at the end, Vincent asks Leo to give a note to Carol. Leo leaves the note on Carol's doorstep.

If Vincent survives, you will see a cutscene where he holds Leo's hand. Vincent will return to inform Linda and Alex of Leo's death.
