Wait until you have a switch-hitter at bat. In the middle of the at bat before the pitch is thrown, press Back to switch sides. If timed correctly, as long as the ball is hit out of the infield, you can advance the runner to home and the outfielders will not react to the ball. The wait to switch sides is usually between three to five seconds, depending on the pitcher.
