During the prologue "dream" sequence that Marcus has at the beginning of the game, press RB to look at the Tac-Com. You will see that two of the characters who accompany Marcus, Dom, and Adam are "A. Carmine" and "B. Carmine". A. Carmine is Anthony Carmine and B. Carmine is Benjamin Carmine, two of the previous, deceased members of the Carmine family who accompanied Marcus in the previous Gears Of War games.
