When given a penalty, aim the Left Analog-stick into either top right or top left hand corner. Next, hold LT and then hold X so that the power bar is full. This will cause the penalty taker to do a lob penalty. Because it is full power it will always lob over the keeper into the goal, even if the keeper dives the correct way.
